Very clean and beautiful condo! Location was terrific, and the beach was gorgeous. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and I ended up purchasing a mattress pad for the king size bed to make it tolerable. Overall though an excellent stay!

Wow!

This is one of those times when the listing exceeded expectations. Fabulous views, spacious unit, very clean. Well-equipped kitchen (but we didn't really use it) Comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows. Super close to beach, with pool and hot tub as amenities. Secure access throughout the grounds. What impressed me most were the "extras". Beach towels - wow!!!!! What a bonus! Also beach chairs in the closet and a boogie board. Again, wow! I also appreciated how organized the bath products and towels were for us. Communication was very consistent and kind. Photos accurately represented unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and management company. Book with them!!

The location & views from the property were fabulous. Interior of the condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. A couple recommendations - the twin beds need replacing. Anytime you moved, they squeaked terribly & woke the other person up. The porch was not cleaned & we found broken glass all over the floor. The bathroom cabinets & counters could use some updating. Overall, a nice stay.

Neat Clean Convenient Safe

Title says it all. Our recent stay (May 2024) was nothing less than great. The home came supplied with a starter kit for TP, dishwash soap, sponge, trash bags, etc. If you're staying more than 2 nights, bring extra personal items like Toilet paper (TP) and trash bags. Other than that, the rental came pretty well stocked with the basics. The owner provided great communication and responded to any questions rather quickly, so A+ for customer service. The condo unit itself is also great. Second story unit, decent speed elevators or easy 1 flight of steps, clean property inside and out, good decor, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, front entry gate good, back gate to beach good, outdoor showers good, swimming pool good, wildlife onsite GREAT! Not much else to say except, great place for a great value with a good location because you are close but not too close to the public beach access and the crowd. Go try it!

The room was clean and comfortable. The ocean view was good. The kitchen appliances were in great condition and the furniture was clean and comfy. My only complaint is a minor one. The shower water pressure in the master bath was poor and extended your shower time. Annoying but not a dealbreaker. Overall a great time for the family. We would definitely rent again.

Property was well kept and supplied and had beautiful views from the living room and balcony. Could use a deep cleaning, but this could be due to lack of help. We loved the location. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definiteley recommend staying here.

Wonderful place

Starting with the security is wonderful with the gated property. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Very accessible to beach. The condo was super nice and clean. The beds were super comfy. And the views from the balcony were amazing.
