2115 Windsor II is a spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath Palmetto Dunes villa rental with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the bedroom and living room. This nicely decorated villa features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and there is a breakfast bar that seats two. A stackable washer and dryer is also located in the kitchen.

To the immediate right of the entrance is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. In front of the entrance is the dining room which has a round glass top table with four chairs. The living room features a blue/green queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat and a very comfortable chair facing a 42” SMART TV. The balcony provides a view of the lush landscaping and over the dunes to the ocean. There are two chairs and a side table for enjoying your morning coffee or a quick lunch on the balcony.

The Master bedroom has a King bed and is located just off the living room with an accent chair, 32” TV and access to the balcony that is shared with the living room. There is a private bathroom that has a single vanity, soaking jet tub and a walk-in shower.

The resort amenities include a recently renovated oceanfront swimming pool and a separate wading pool for smaller children complete with a “mushroom fountain.” The pool areas includes adjacent bathrooms, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
