This lovely villa is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. 2317 Villamare is a nicely decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean side vacation rental located in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy.

To the right of the foyer is the guest bedroom with wood plank floors, two new queen beds {replaced in 2023} two accent chairs, a desk, and a 40” TV. A slider leads to a covered balcony with four chairs. The private bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The spacious, open living area starts with the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats two. There is a separate laundry closet with a new washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room has a round table that seats six up against a mirrored accent wall. In the living room there is a new sofa, matching love seat, two accent chairs, and a 50” TV. A slider opens to a covered balcony where there is a round table for three.

Behind the French style doors is the master bedroom with wood plank floors, a king bed, bench seat, accent chair, and a 32” TV. The master bath has a single vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A slider opens to the balcony shared with the living room.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
