3 Bed/2.5 Bath South Forest Beach Home has Private Pool and Beach Access Path

This newly renovated cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 Âœ baths and multiple living areas inside and out. The house is conveniently located on the beach path and a short walk will bring you to one of the most pristine and quiet beaches on Hilton Head. The home’s location in Forest Beach, is close to many of the most popular restaurants, shops and commerce on Hilton Head Island and is also next to the renowned Sea Pines Resort. A large new, custom pool offers a tanning ledge with bubbler feature and a 6 person hot tub.*

Backyard outdoor living also includes a patio and (artificial) poolside grass for lounging. A large screened-in porch provides a flatscreen Smart TV, fans, outdoor curtains, comfortable deep seating and a large drop leaf table for alfresco dining or game night. There is also a smaller open air front porch for morning coffee or relaxing in the shade. The kitchen has a 6 burner gourmet gas range and griddle, large refrigerator with filtered ice and water, a quiet Bosch dishwasher and a large counter height island with dining for six (or the island can be used for extra food prep and serving space). The open concept living area looks out over the pool, accesses the screened in porch and has plenty of seating and a large flat screen Smart TV. There is also another living space downstairs with a large flat screen Smart TV as another indoor option or playroom. Downstairs also accesses the laundry area and half bath through double barn doors. | | The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, “en suite” bathroom with a large walk-in shower, full vanity, and lots of storage space. The second bedroom also has a king bed, closet, Smart TV and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has 2 twin beds, closet and a Smart TV. All three bedrooms are located up a small flight of stairs from the main living area.

This beach home, with all of its brand new features and amenities, is bound to be a favorite vacation spot on Hilton Head Island!

Perfect size house for family of 4-6. Open kitchen and living room. Beautiful screened in porch. Relaxing pool and jacuzzi with 5 minute walk to the beach via your own private path. Great location. Quick bike ride to Cologny for shopping and dining.

Overall we had a good stay. Pros include good size pool (with “tanning ledge” which is great for kids!) and hot tub. Great location, there’s a path in the backyard that leads right to the beach. Four minute drive to Coligny plaza. Cute screen porch.Cons- could use a bit more attention to detail on cleaning.

Great Location & Amenities

Great location - 3 minute walk to the beach via a private trail. Within biking distance to Coligny for shopping, restaurants, and parks. Great amenities - House was well furnished and comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and brand new. Open floor plan with access to kitchen, living room, screened-in porch, rec room, and pool view to watch the children.

Awesome! Would go again in a heartbeat!

This house was so clean and so beautiful! I love to decorate and i couldn’t have done a better job myself. There were plenty of dishes, pots/pans and storage in cabinets for groceries after we went shopping. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Plenty of space to sit on chairs which were provided or lay on a towel on the turf. I know there was a prior review that had complained about how hot the turf was. Maybe they were there in the heat of the summer. We were there the first week of April and it actually felt nice and warm on our feet even though it was in the 70s. We liked it because it wasn’t hard like the real grass was. We rented bikes and were able to store them in the garage. The walk to the beach was short and gorgeous! We would stay there again in a heartbeat❀

Terrific location for a getaway

Short walk to the non crowded beach, everything updated in the house, great WiFi system and smart TVs worked well. There was an issue with the pool system, but the management company sent someone out to repair it.

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The beach was super close to the house and everyone enjoyed themselves. My one call out was that there were no beach towels or ANY basic home or kitchen supplies (ie: trash bags, paper towels, containers for storing food etc) Made it super annoying for those of use traveling by plane as we had to purchase everything.
