3rd Row Ocean - Beautiful Five Bedroom Palmetto Dunes Home w/ a Private Pool!

48 Mooring Buoy is just steps away from the ocean! This beautiful updated five bedroom, five bathroom Palmetto Dunes home is the perfect home for a multi-family vacation rental!

This home features a nice pool deck area with plenty of chaise loungers to soak up the rays. The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally - please see more details in the description below. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa - please reach out to our office in advance if you are interested.

With only being a three minute walk to the beautiful Hilton Head Island beaches, you and a group of up to sixteen can fully enjoy this amazing vacation rental home. This home is outfitted with wireless internet access.

1st Floor:

As you enter the home, you are greeted with an open-concept style living area and kitchen. The stunning kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island and even a sitting room for folks to lounge around and chat.

Just off the kitchen area is the living room with a flat screen TV. The dining room is next to both the living area and kitchen. It has direct access to the screened in porch. Great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee!

The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the porch and a walk-in closet. The private renovated bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen TV. There is a private bath with a nice walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is tucked away at the end of the hallway. It has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The private updated bath has a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom has two queen beds. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom and it has access to a full bath with a shower/tub combo located just down the hall.

Downstairs:

The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa with a Tempurpedic mattress and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck area.

The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

Perfect Location

This property was beautiful and its’ lovely rooms gave my family both privacy and fabulous together space. Minutes walk to the beach and lovely backyard is perfect for relation. It’s also an easy walk/bike ride to town restaurants, pickleball etc. Some questions came up regarding the home and management was quick to answer and respond. Despite the hurricane, it was a fabulous stay!

GREAT Location!! GREAT Layout!!

Hate to give such a good review b/c it'll only make it more difficult to rent again. Spacious, comfortable, well furnished for a large number, kitchen adequately equipped, plenty of parking and soo convenient to the beach. If TV is your thing - there are plenty! For the price did expect more in beach supplies (chairs, buggy to transport, boogie board, cooler?). House also needs better cleaning equipment - vacuum, floor swiffer, clean mop. We'd definitely return. And kudos to property management. When we arrived the coffee brewer was broken and they replaced with new coffee maker asap.

Family getaway 2022

Location is great, the outside of the house is great, but being by the woods there are lots of bugs and leaves and you have to skim the pool multiple times a day. However it is very relaxing and enjoyable. Nice tv outside The inside of the house looks nice, however when we arrived there were a lot of bugs, again being by the woods and having people move bags in and out I could see how that happened. House had plenty of room. I did enjoy all the house ehad to offer. 2 negatives about the house is that I thought it had a smell to it, like older people. Maybe fresh paint would help with that. Also all of the couches and pillows were feather in the common area, that's a negative for those of us with allergies Overall great experience, plenty of room for a dozen people

Great Location and Property

Our family had a great experience with this property. Proximity to the beach was important, and did not disappoint. This house has been well maintained, and possesses high-quality furnishings. Plenty of king size beds that were firmly comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect for the main floor as well as the one room that is ground level. The pool is in great shape. However there is no safety restraint that would prohibit a toddler getting out the back door and having immediate access to the pool. The kitchen was modestly supplied with cookware, and if you need more than a half a teaspoon for your measuring bring your own. Having access to a garage was bonus material for storing bikes and beach gear. Overall, for a group of 14 there was ample space to spread out and gather.

Great value close to beach

Excellent house for large group. Lower level suite is perfect for families with young kids. Our only complaint really is that the pool was not clean and nobody came during the week to clean it. There was a lot of sand and debris in it.

Great week!

This house was perfect for our family’s annual trip to Hilton Head. Had to be the cleanest place we’ve stayed in! Easy beach access, beautiful decor, comfy beds, great pool, well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed, and to top it off, the folks at Coastal Home and Villa went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. I can’t say enough about them!

Great vacation house

The house is in a lovely area and is only two houses back from the beach--a 2 minute walk down a paved path. The layout is great for accommodating large groups with a large great room and many porches on which to sit. Nice, well-appointed kitchen. We did not use the pool as the temperature was only in the high 60's but it looked inviting. The four bedrooms upstairs were large and each had its own bathroom. The one flaw was that the fifth bedroom on the bottom floor off the pool smelled strongly of mold/mildew and we didn't feel that anyone in our party should have to sleep there. So we ended up with an infant sleeping in a crib in his parents room to free up a bedroom upstairs for another couple.

Very nice property

The house was in a good location, convenient to the beach. It was in good condition and had most of the amenities. Wish it had more throw rugs in the master bedroom. Overall, it was a comfortable space. Brandon, was very responsive to our needs.

Great house we made home for a week.

The family loved their week. Lots of fun in the pool, hot tub and ocean. Lots of memories made. Family preferred the house over staying in a resort. On a side note, hooks to hang wet towels would be nice in each of the bathrooms. Other than that everything was great. Thank you The Trapp/Robinson families.

This home was perfect for our family vacation with 9 adults and 3 children. Pool and spa were in the sun and a short walk to the beach. Everything was very well maintained. Definitely want to book again.
