Welcome to 4 Driftwood Lane! This stunning 2-story home is situated on a private lane in North Forest Beach! The elevated Charleston style beach home has been professionally renovated and offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is only 75 steps from the beach. It is tastefully decorated and has comfortable neutral colors throughout.

As you walk up the stairs you are immediately greeted by the beautiful, private, sunny pool that is spacious with a composite deck. There are two umbrella tables each with six seats and a Weber grill for all your outdoor dining. Under the covered part of the deck are six lounge chairs that can be rolled out into the sun when you want to sunbathe.

Entering the home, you will first notice the beautiful light tan wood floors and spacious open living area. The dining room is to the left and has a long wooden table that seats 12. To the right is the living room where there is a blue and white striped sectional, four accent chairs, two palm frond ceiling fans and a 55” TV mounted over the fireplace. Behind the couch is a desk to write out those vacation postcards or catch up on some work. The adjacent fully stocked kitchen has beautiful white custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and stunning granite countertops. There are four stools at the large kitchen island – a great place to sit and have a snack!

In the hall there is a half bathroom that has a Whirlpool top loading washer and dryer. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, chair, 40” SMART TV and his and hers closets. The private bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower with bench seat and the rain showerhead. This room has a door leading to the covered part of the pool deck.

At the landing of the stairs there is a table with lots of books, games & puzzles. Up the open wooden staircase (15 stairs) you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is a second master suite, with a king bed, 40" SMART TV and a large, newly renovated private bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Also, this room has access to a covered veranda with six white rocking chairs and overlooks the pool. There is a bathroom in the hall that has a single vanity and walk-in shower. On the right is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, 40” TV and access to the covered veranda. Across the hall is another guest bedroom with two twin beds and a 40” mounted TV. At the end of the hall is another bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. To the right is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, bench seat, 40” mounted TV and access to the covered veranda. Across the hall is the last guest bedroom that has two twin beds and a 40” TV. All of the bedrooms have new premium mattresses and box spring, beautiful linens, nice accessories, hardwood flooring and a freshly painted interior.

This home is only 1 mile from Coligny Plaza by beachside, car or bike where you will find dining, entertainment, and shopping. Your family is sure to enjoy every aspect of this gorgeous home!
