473 Captains Walk is an upscale, 2-bedroom, 2 bath Palmetto Dunes vacation villa located on the 3rd floor of the Captain’s Walk oceanfront complex. Just steps from the beach, guests will enjoy the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony and one bedroom.

This villa has stunning dark tile floors throughout the main living area, carpeted bedrooms, and has lots of coastal décor. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances including a flat top stove. There is also a laundry area just off the kitchen with a stacked washer and dryer for guest use. The adjacent dining room has a round, glass table with four rattan chairs and a mirror accent wall. The spacious living area has a blue striped sofa and matching love seat, accent chair, and a 55" SMART TV, DVD player. The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony where there is a high-top table for four plus two additional chairs. A great place to relax, take in the beautiful views and ocean breeze!

To the right of the entrance is where the bedrooms are located. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, XL Twin bed, 32" TV and a bathroom with a single granite topped vanity and a shower/tub combo. This bathroom has access from the hall as well. The master bedroom has a King bed, 42" TV, adjustable standing desk and beautiful views of the ocean through the large windows. The attached private bathroom has a double, granite topped vanity, a walk-in shower, and plenty of closet space. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the villa providing great bedroom separation.

Captains Walk is in the highly desirable Palmetto Dunes Plantation, where guests can enjoy a large oceanfront pool with multiple sun decks and a large, covered deck, perfect for picnics or to get out of the sun. There is also a charcoal grilling area and a children’s pool. Surrounded by palm trees and a fantastic view of the ocean, guests will feel like they have been transported to a tropical paradise.
