Escape to 17 Spotted Sandpiper for the perfect Hilton Head Island vacation. This masterpiece home in Sea Pines has 4 king bedrooms plus a 5th bunk room, sleeps 12 and has 5 en-suite bathrooms.

Upon entering this home, smart lighting can quickly illuminate the "welcome" lighting and is featured throughout every room. The gourmet Kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, 2 separate refrigerator storage drawers, and an extra wine (or beverage) cooler. Handmade designer chandeliers hang over the two islands and a six burner gas powered range (with a griddle option) and double oven are available. A Plasma TV is hung tastefully in the cabinetry and 4 counter stools are an option for in kitchen dining. This seating is adjacent to the breakfast nook with another table seating for 4. The kitchen's elegant conveniences display the modern features available today.

A comfortable spacious plank wood dining table has generous seating for 14.

Dining alfresco is also available at a poolside table or at the outdoor bar.

Outdoor Grilling or bar tending is available on a large countertop/outdoor kitchen area with a refrigerator and a stainless steel sink. Sweeping views for the chef and barstools on the stone outdoor bar.

Just behind the bar are 2 luxury outdoor sofas flanking the person hot tub which overlooks the large pool.

Hot and cold Outdoor shower and footbath are conveniently located on the home's private paved beach walk. This walk is elegantly landscaped leading to a private wooden lanai with wooden bench at the peak of the sand dunes.

The master bedroom on the first floor has 2 French doors opening to the outdoor fireside ensemble, king bed, a plasma TV and a luxury bathroom. A private glass bathing area with 3 shower heads and a soaking tub is available in the master suite.

The second bedroom on the first floor features a king bed and private bathroom with shower.

Upstairs suite offers a king bedroom, TV and private balcony with sweeping views of the Atlantic, large bathroom including artisan tiled tub and a separate large shower.

Another upstairs, similar king suite offers an oceanfront patio also and a large bathroom. A bathtub, and separate shower is available.

The 5th bedroom on the 2nd floor features two bunk beds and a TV. This room has a private bath and is paneled in the homes signature reclaimed wood and custom cabinetry.

Hallways and main area's cathedral ceilings are also accented throughout with antique reclaimed wood and colorful Lowcountry artworks.

**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September.

*Please note, this house is oceanfront and does not require traveling to a beach entry. However, should you wish to use the facilities of the Sea Pines Beach Club please note the following: there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis. A Free beach shuttle service is offered for beach access – refer to your property information for parking lot locations. Beach parking is available after 5pm every day with no limitations.

***Spa heat available for additional fee. Spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the spa to heat.

Unique house great ocean front porch for all seasons!

The house is beautiful true to the pictures. We loved the unique decor and ocean views from the fabulous porch! The kitchen is not designed as well as it could’ve been. Almost a galley style in a large home, lots of bumping around. One refrigerator and two drawer style ones across the island. One sink in the middle of everything, You can’t open the dishwasher and the refrigerator at the same time. Silverware is minimal, as in 7 forks in the entire home. Good thing we only had 6 people most days. One set of plates so if you serve breakfast and dinner you better run the one and only dishwasher. For a house that claims to sleep 10 shouldn’t there be settings for 10? Some ceramic plates and some old plastic ones not really as nice as the house itself. The outside needed attention, empty bottles along the walk way, gum on the outdoor furniture, nothing big, but during Covid I expected more attention to cleanliness outside. The elevator is non working and the door to the lower level is open and dangerous especially if you have children. We called about it. We were told the property doesn’t advertise a “working” elevator. Either way it shouldn’t be able to be opened to the empty shaft with an elevator over your head! Imagine if our kids were little and played hide and seek in there!!! Except for the layout of the kitchen these issues could easily be resolved. Possibly if there was no Covid restrictions we would have eaten our more often and the kitchen wouldn’t be so crowded. Hoping the owners read this, because we would definitely rent again with some minor cleaning and stocking changes.
