Anytime from January thru December is a perfect time to visit Sea Pines and reserve our villa, located in South Beach area across from the South Beach Marina with restaurants and shops. We provide extras to make your travel easy and stress free as possible with detailed information about your stay, keyless entry with personal code, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, use of our personal beach towels, (guests must wash and return to basket), dish and laundry detergent for your entire stay, hand sanitizing station and the list goes on and on. We provide complimentary use of courts at South Beach Racquet Club and discounted bike rental from South Beach Bikes. Our villa is an updated, spacious, second floor villa (with elevator),1926 square ft., 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This gem is located on Calibogue Sound Beach, at the “toe” of Hilton Head Island in the gated community of Sea Pines Resort. Renovations include, but are not limited to, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, new paint, new flooring, new furnishings, totally renovated master bath, totally renovated guest bath and half bath, and totally renovated kitchen with quartz countertops accented by a subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Our villa was decorated by a professional and includes a one of a kind tabby oyster shell, stucco fireplace surround, and soothing beach décor. Comfy sectional sofa is perfect for sunset views or watching the 65 inch LED 4K UHD flat screen TV with sound bar in the living room. A modern coffee bar is located in the living room, too. You will find dining for 6 in the main dining area and a breakfast nook with seating for 4 with a table for 4 on the balcony outside breakfast nook The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to prepare a lovely meal. There is even plastic dishes tableware for the children. You will be amazed with the lovely baths featuring quartz counters, tile flooring, frameless shower & soaking tub in the master. Master bedroom has king bed with flat screen TV. First guest bedroom is complete with a queen bed with flat screen TV. Second guest bedroom has twin beds also with a flat screen TV.

You will feel safe and sound with the secured coded entrance to South Beach Complex. Our guests will enjoy the convenient keyless lock at our villa with your personal code. You will never have any worries about the location of the villa key.

Guests will experience breathtaking views from living room, master bedroom, and breakfast area . A large balcony can be accessed from master bedroom and living room with stunning views of the Sound. A second balcony, off the breakfast nook, also provides lovely views of Calibogue Sound and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Guests often can view dolphins as they relax in this villa or on the balcony.

South Beach Club Complex is located across the street from the South Beach Marina and the famous Salty Dog Restaurant. Our guests have free access to a beautiful 20 ft. by 40 ft. pool with ample space for soaking up some rays and bathroom facilities. A picnic area with gas grill is conveniently located beside the pool. This villa is truly on the beach with a wooden walk from the pool leading you to the sand and ocean.

With this rental our guests receive complimentary one hour daily use of tennis courts at South Beach Racquet Club as well as discounted bike rental at South Beach Bike Rental. These are located just across the street from our villa. We also provide free WiFi . The villa is a short drive or bike ride to Harbour Town. Guests can enjoy 3 top golf courses in Sea Pines as well as Lawton Stables, Baynard Ruins, Harbour Town, and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve . Don't forget there are miles and miles and miles of paved bike trails in Sea Pines and throughout entire Island. If you choose, you may want to bike on the beach and be amazed at the views.

You will find games in baskets in the living room, DVDs, and books for all ages. We provide beach toys, chairs, beach umbrellas, and a small cooler ... everything you will need for a relaxing time on the beach is in our Villa. We even have a basket of beach towels for your use, just please wash and return before departure.

Special beach trolley runs from the parking lot to Beach Club Beach.

Parking garage under the building is for property owners ONLY. Violators will be towed. A large, nicely landscaped parking lot is available for friends in front of the complex.

South Beach Club prohibits use of the fireplace in villa by rentals guests.

The responsible guest for the rental must be 25 years old .

Absolutely No Pets are allowed. You will be fined 250.00 for extra cleaning if cleaning service finds evidence of a pet after your departure.

Absolutely no smoking/vaping on premises including balcony.

Please note: A. In the Town of Hilton Head Island, it is unlawful to unreasonably disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes and public places. B. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am , though Town noise regulations are in force 24 hours each day.
