This stunning 4-bedroom/ 4-bathroom Hilton Head vacation rental is located in the heart of Sea Pines on the Harbour Town Golf Course. It is just a short bike ride to the marina or to the beach. This home is bright and open with beautiful coastal accents and colors throughout and has been freshly painted with new bedding.

When entering the home, you will be delighted by the open floor plan. The main living area features high wood planked white ceilings, a sectional sofa, a 4-person game table, large entertainment center with a 52" SMART TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player. There is access to the screened-in porch with a high-top table with 4 stools, a cushioned loveseat and 2 additional chairs. It is very peaceful on the patio; you can listen to the birds while looking over the lagoon onto the golf course.

To the left of the front door is the large gourmet kitchen featuring high ceilings, beautiful wood cabinets in gray and navy for a truly coastal feel, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a four-burner gas range, and a large custom breakfast bar for three. The dining room has a large rectangular table that seats eight to ten. Adjacent to the dining area is a sitting room. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or on the links. It has a curved couch, two swivel chairs and a decorative marble surround fireplace. There is a desk nearby which could be set up as a computer workspace and includes Alexa. Next to the desk is a nook area featuring a zoned stereo system, multi-disc CD player, WIFI and a wine cooler. This home also includes a laundry room just off the kitchen.

Sixteen steps up the stairs leads to one of the master suites- the only room on the second floor of this home. This bedroom is very nicely appointed with a king size bed, coastal furniture, a palm leaf ceiling fan, and a 43" SMART TV. The luxurious bedding has gentle accents of tranquility teal, ivory, and Beachwood brown. This room also features a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving. There is a secluded balcony for two that overlooks the pool, lagoon, and golf course. The private bathroom has a double vanity, granite counter tops, a large tile shower and an individual room with a toilet.

To the right as you enter the home, there are three additional bedrooms. A second master suite is on the left with a king size bed, trayed ceiling, 58" SMART TV, two beautiful high back chairs with a raised chenille light blue reef pattern. This seaside retreat features a fresh Palladian blue and coral seashell theme. A separate door leads to its own outdoor patio with a table and 4 chairs. The master bath includes a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, marble countertops with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, separate tub, and a private room with a toilet.

Right outside this bedroom is an elegant half bath with a cabinet sink and sea turtle decor. At the end of the hall on the left is a bedroom with a king size bed adorned with gray and ivory stripe bedding, a 32" TV, and a private bath with a combination shower/tub. The last bedroom at the end of the hall is a well-appointed nautical-themed room with two queen beds in beachy tans and blues and a 32" TV; it has a private en-suite bath with shower.

All bedrooms include ceiling fans, closets, dressers, and nightstands.

The backyard has tremendous views of a long and spectacular lagoon, the 12th fairway of Harbour town golf course and a private pool with spa. Views of the lagoon and golf course from the pool and patio are beautiful from morning coffee to evening sunsets. The patio includes lounges and seating for 8-10 people and a gas grill, perfect for family gatherings.

For evenings and rainy days this home also has a Ping-Pong table for some good friendly competition and laughs! This home will provide you with all the luxuries you could need while on vacation! It has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or be all together and will become your go-to vacation home! It’s truly a one-of-a-kind Hilton Head Property!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our week at 68 Heritage. The house was nice and quiet and the pool and hot tub was a great amenity to have. Our only complaints were 2 of the down stairs bathrooms (showers and sinks) weren't clean from the prior guests and we had a pool cleaner and landscapers who came out on 2 different days that scared us while we were out by the pool. I think it would be helpful to let guests know the days and time range the workers show up, so guests can know specifics ahead of time. All in all, another great trip to the Island and would highly recommend this house

Family getaway

House and pool were perfect for a family getaway with kids and grandma. Not too many stairs for my elderly mother. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to have their own space when needed and set up perfectly for everyone to be together also. Property was well maintained and furniture was comfortable. We would stay again for sure.

The property and the neighborhood is amazing. Very quiet and serene. The home is exactly how its describe. Very spacious and accommodating. I rated the property manager with only one star because we had no interactions with. We are looking forward to another stay in the future.

Sensational Week at 68 Heritage Road

This wonderful home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Sea Pines. The layout of the home is ideal for families especially if grandparents are the host. The master bedroom on the second floor was a quiet retreat after a busy day with our sons and family. They had their own wing with a master bedroom downstairs a queen BR and a twin BR. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms downstairs centered around a huge living area. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch leading to the pool area. The pool and hot tub are located next to a beautiful lagoon along the fairway of Harbourtown so the views were magnificent. Though we are located near the beach everyone spent most of the time enjoying the pool area. We had some trouble with directions given us to use the hot tub. As it turns out they were incorrect. The pool company removed them and were rewriting corrected instructions. We had a few minor problems which Beach Properties of Hilton Head handled right away. The grounds were immaculate except for one outside porch off the downstairs bedroom that was covered with a thick layer of leaves, spanish moss and debris.. We took care of that. We highly recommend this property for families. We are looking to return again next year. Our stay was sensational!

Great house for a family and local property management handled any issues quickly.

Within an easy bike ride to just about anywhere in Sea Pines, this was a great house at this price point. We heated the pool and that was great at this time of the year!
