Everything was exactly as listed. Great location. Very clean and felt very safe. Always a security guard on duty in the parking lot. Plenty of space under the unit to store beach stuff. Couch bed mattress needs replaced but otherwise very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect location

My wife and I booked this condo last minute. Perfect location with great view of the ocean! Couldn’t beat the price and the condo itself was great for what we were looking for. Condo building itself has a nice pool and it was quiet and relaxing!

The property was in a great location to shopping and restaurants! Everything was in walking distance. The pull out sofa and bed mattresses could use replacing. The sliding door and screen door needs some work. We had two items that we called the property manager about. One was never taken care of. The oven seems to be stuck on a low setting but the controls showed it off. It could be a fire hazard. All and all it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks for caring.

Labor Day Getaway

My wife and I stayed for the Labor Day weekend. The property is as advertised and is right across the street from the shops at coligny. Perfect location with an ocean front view.

2023 Hilton Head at Breakers

It was very easy to check in and get into the condo. The key pad made it easier. The place was very clean inside and out. Washer and dryer were small but very good and held a lot more than you would think. The bathroom was tiny but he shower was wonderful. It had 2 TVs which included streaming snd cable. The security guard was wonderful!! He helped us carry out luggage up and was always helpful and polite. The downsides of the unit was no closet, the refrigerator leaked inside, the bathroom sink was pretty much stopped up. The bed really needs to be updated.

Beachfront - Outstanding

I had an amazing vacation in Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for me. Clean, cozy, and close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this for couples or singles. It provided all the comforts needed and then some. The rental agency was amazing - providing recommendations and a great guest intro package with hardback Hilton Head guide book - very cool. They were even able to supply bikes and other equipment. The security people were great too. They were social and helpful! It was perfect for a relaxed, laid-back, beach vacation.

Awesome home away from home

This property is clean and contemporary with a touch of beach chic! My husband & I stayed here for our early summer vacation. We had a fantastic experience & will absolutely stay here again. The location (which is directly on the ocean & within walking distance to shopping, dining & entertainment) is perfect! You can't go wrong choosing Breakers 139!

Amazing location!

The location of this property is hands down the best part- it’s in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops and is directly on the beach. Only downside to the property is there isn’t a lot of seating in the living room and the dishwasher wasn’t working. I would definitely recommend this property & stay here again!

Good 👍but has room for making things great.

The condo was ok but need a little tlc. The location was good. The walk to the beach was hard on us because the sand was so soft, it could have been better with a rug of some type to help get to the better walking sand. The pool was nice. Check in was excellent. We had one little problem but the repair man was there quickly and he was very nice.

Good location terrible unit

Breakers 139 has a good view of the ocean and good location within walking distance to stores in Coligny Plaza. Unfortunately the unit itself is a dump. No elevevator, close to stinky dumpster. Dirty unit, very small and filthy shower. The plumbing was installed incorrectly where you have to turn the water to cold to get hot water. No room for suitcases or to hang towels. Hard bed and lacking of pillows. There are no seatings in balcony, only one short plastic chair. We basically decided to check out a day earlier because we couldnt stand the place and the smell. My kids didnt want to shower because they were grossed out by the bathroom. Online it states that the office opens until 5 pm, we got there at 4 and no one was there. We had to call the emergency number to solve some issues. Do not stay in this unit, not worth the $ at all!

Perfect location.

We were upgraded to a newly remodeled condo due to a dryer issue. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. The only complaint is the size of the bed, but the room itself wouldn’t accommodate anything larger. I would highly recommend the breaker condos! Specifically 114.

Very convenient location

Overall was a great condo, they were having elevator work done but since condo is on first floor did not affect us. Great view of beach and close to shops and restaurants. Beach was crowded but very nice.

Quick pivot

Upon my arrival to the unit I booked- it was evident that the A/C was broken. The property management company addressed it quickly for me - but within 2 hours it was determined that it could not be repaired that evening and would hinder the next day as well. With only 3 nights in my trip that was unacceptable. Fortunately the property manager agreed and moved my family immediately to a new property. While the new condo was not beach front - it was beautiful. Clean, spacious, and just a block from beach access and my beloved Coligny Plaza, which was a must for my stay. Overall very pleased with how everything worked out.

Affordable but does need TLC

As others have noted, the place needs some TLC, especially the bathroom. But, it is fairly priced for the location and the condition. I’m not sure how you could be closer to the beach and pool areas. The sleeper sofa was newer and clean, all electronics were in good operation. Everything worked fine. There was a lack of comfortable seating though, with just the sofa and two dining chairs. Wifi went down for a day or so, but this was due to utility work on property. We spend most of our days either on the beach, at the pool, or out and about, so it served as a suitable home base. I’d rent this place again.

Great place for the price

My wife and I planned a spur of the moment trip and found this place. We enjoyed our view and it’s close proximity to a lot of great restaurants. The only down falls of the place was the cleanliness of unit. The spare bedding was dirty and microwave handle was broken. But for the price we paid and the location I am very happy.
