Coastal King Couples Retreat Oceanfront Beach Property Convenient to Everything!

Set in a serene location right on the beach, this complex offers a peaceful retreat. It is a short walk to Coligny Plaza, a vibrant area featuring a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The complex boasts a pool and sundeck, perfect for relaxation.
With high-speed internet, WIFI, smart TVs, Roku, and cable, you're always connected. Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, a plush King bed, ideal for remote work, and modern updates, along with included amenities. Charming condo on the beach! Enjoy watching the sunrise from the balcony, all while experiencing the comforts of home.
These cozy units are ideal for couples; having more than two adults may feel cramped. However, we can accommodate an additional small child if needed. My goal is to ensure an exceptional experience for my guests, so I limit the number of occupants to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
Please note that this unit does not have bunk beds. It features a main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We have recently installed a barn door in the bathroom to maximize space.
There is a laundry room on each floor of our complex that takes quarters. There is a dollar changer if needed.
This location is ideal for a beach getaway, allowing you to recharge and unwind in a serene setting. The entire unit is available for rent. It is situated in a prime location, steps away from the beach. We live in Bluffton and are close by if needed. Great location on the Beach, our complex is located on the Beach side of South Forest Beach Drive. The Property is oceanfront and on the beach. Many bike rental places, shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance. Walk to everything! Rent bikes nearby. This property is in a prime location on the Island—numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance. The property is situated on the ocean, just steps from the beach, offering a stunning view from the balcony.
Our complex does not allow pets. If your dog is a service dog, there is paperwork that we need from our POA before you check in. Please request the approval forms with plenty of time for the POA to approve, as this process can take 2-4 weeks.
No Smoking or Vaping, no motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed on premises.

We enjoyed our stay in Rebecca's condo.! It is small but was clean and tastefully decorated and was perfect for my husband and me for our long Valentine's Day weekend. We appreciated the king size bed, the pretty view of the palm trees and ocean and the location. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and walking to the shops and restaurants. Rebecca was wonderful to check in with us to see if we needed anything and to share ideas for places to eat. We would stay there again.

Very nice updated flat. Comfortable bed, well equipped for eating in if your wanted to. Close to the beach. Plenty of towels. Host checked with us often during the stay. Ceiling fans a big plus for comfort. Great for a couple. Would stay here again in the future.

Perfect getaway spot

We truly enjoyed our week at Hilton Head! Rebecca’s condo was exactly as described and her check in instructions were detailed and quite helpful. We were able to make ourselves at home very quickly. We had a small hiccup during our stay, but Rebecca was immediately responsive and the issue was resolved. The property itself is nice and we liked being so close to shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Deeply relaxing beachside oasis

February can hit hard in NH. This year is no different. In fact, we moved our trip up so we could avoid the latest snowpocalypse. We asked if we could arrive on 2/14 instead of 2/16. Despite being booked, Rebecca helped us quickly find accommodations in the exact same building for 2/14-2/16! Her place is exactly as pictured! The deeply pillowy soft king size bed, luxurious resort-like bathroom, and gorgeous view of the ocean from the well appointed balcony made booking Rebecca’s place one of our best vacation decisions yet! She is very attentive, with an eye for details. Her condo is immaculate, and luxuriously decorated with touches to ensure her guest’s comfort. The location is perfect! We plan to return in the future during March, or April.

Rebecca is a great communicator! She sent us all the details needed and also made great dining recommendations for us. The condo is located very close to the beach as well as Coligny Plaza and beach. Such a cozy villa! Every square inch is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. This unit is one of the best stocked we have stayed in and Rebecca is one of the best owners we have worked with! She had great suggestions for places to check out as this was our first time in HHI.

Great place for Couple holiday

Beautiful unit right on the beach and close to Coligny plaza. You can walk to the Piggly Wiggly supermarket. Lots to do nearby with free open air concerts at the park and many restaurants. Great golf courses a short drive away. This small unit is well appointed with pots, pans, dishes and cookware and is well maintained. Excellent bed! Smart hightops on the balcony for watching the morning sunrise over the ocean. Can't find anything we don't like.
