Recently updated!!! Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 115 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. These properties are within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Three flat screen TVs. King in master bedroom, King in bedroom 2, living room has sleeper sofa.

Very nice condo!

We have stayed in this complex several times over the years and this was our first time in a lower- one floor unit which was perfect for our elderly mother. The unit has very large bedrooms and has had some recent renovations. Unit is as pictured on site. Kitchen fully stocked. It takes 24 hrs for fridge to get cold on first day so we recommend not get groceries til late at night or the next am. The pull out couch needs instructions to use - we had to call because we thought it was broken. The only other suggestion is that ceiling fans be installed in the bedrooms and living room for air circulation. Otherwise tower fans in each room would help greatly. The box fan there put out Hardly any air. Overall a nice property and we would book it again.

We signed for one condo in Apr2022 but upon arrival discovered there was a snowbird in it & company tried to give us another unit without telling us. Substitute unit was not what we expected & company chgd us to another complex which probably was an upgrade.

Hilton Head Vacation

It was a nice property for our stay. Visiting family and location made access very convenient. Would use Vrbo again for this vacation. We perfer hiking and mountains and quiet surroundings, but this was a family visit.

My girlfriend wanted to spend her 50 birthday in Hilton Head. Everything was beautiful.

The renting process online was very easy and the price per night was very reasonable.

Overall our stay was good. But it was musty and stale smelling when you walked in. Had a smell of cigarettes. A bag of old towels were left in the living room. It needs some updating as it looks worn and dated.

Good times

We had an excellent stay. Condo was clean and in a good location. Short, easy walk to the beach. The island was fairly crowded but never felt crowded. The only downside to the stay was the heavy footsteps from the condo upstairs at times. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

Overall this was a pretty good stay. Pros- Super quick walk to the beach Pool directly outback Very roomy(my wife, myself and our two girls, who are 6 months and 25 years had enough room in one bedroom for a pack n play and blowup mattress with floor space left over Cons The kitchen definitely could have been cleaner. Just general cooking “dirt” on the countertops Bathrooms and bedrooms need to be renovated. The tile grout in the showers were pretty rough. Lots of noise from neighbors The amount of dishes/glasses/silverware is insane. But it all looks like it’s from the 70’s. The management staff was awesome. Very responsive to emails before arrival and worked long hours the day we checked in. The negatives in my review would be more directed at the owner than the management company. For the price, location, etc, I would definitely stay here again.

First Floor Condo

The property was relatively clean. The toaster was broken and the portable oven was dirty. If you stay, bring your own pillows. It is a very comfortable and affordable condo. There are enough drinking glasses for all of the 3rd world. Kitchen okay.

Close to beach

The proximity to the beach for this condo was good; short walk to the beach. The kitchen and great room remodel was nicely done. However the overall cleanliness of the property was poor. There were crumbs on the counter, stove and kitchen floor. The rug in the great room was dirty. The bedrooms and bathrooms could use some remodeling and better quality sheets and bedding. The bathroom shower leaked on one and the temperature setting of the water could not be changed in another. I would not rent this place again.

Great Affordable Option

The location is great for quick and easy access to the beach but the property management company was even more impressive. My mother had a package delivered during our stay and they were so polite and friendly every time we saw them. We were also evacuated due to Hurricane Dorian and they were more than prompt to take care of crediting our account without us even asking. Definitely would stay here again!!!

This rental was pretty good. It looked just like what's in the picture. The furnishings are from the late 70's or early 80's. It looks like it was some sort of Estate Condo Mom and Dad passed away and the furnishings could not be let go. When we walked into it we could smell and feel the dust. OH the dust... My husband itches and I itch and sneeze,my son also began to sneeze Those teal pillows on the couch we're dirty. Honestly I did not feel comfortable sitting on that sectional. We went to Walmart and got some cleaning products . I bought Febreeze,some bathroom deodorizers(then ones you hang in the toilet) Carpet freshener,Pine Sol and Clorox Clean Up .. I went to work on the dust,washed the pillows,(they just need to be discarded) That old furniture made me feel creepy to be honest lol,(I like horror and crime shows so)Anyway,we got it smelling fresh and clean. It it was alright Time for the good points It was worth it to rent it. It's two bedrooms with TWO full baths.. (They need to fix the non on the tub in the master bath..There are TV's in EVERY room ,and the cable and internet work just fine. There is also a landline. There's a washer and dryer,garbage disposal,and dishwasher,and plenty of dishes etc .The kitchen is VERY MODERN... ITS BEAUTIFUL . I LOVED THE COLOR The refrigerator was spacious and clean. The rooms were spacious as well There were NO BUGS WHATSOVER in this unit. Orkin is the company that services the unit.(It's posted in the kitchen cabinet(đŸ€“) There is a patio and a pool right out back. It's very nice .. This unit is not far from Coligny Beach at all . I It was worth the stay and HONESTLY I'd rent it again. Someone should throw that plastic tree out and then come throw mine out too...đŸ€“ I think the housekeepers need to vacuum and dust the units after they get finished making the beds which they do a great of.
