Love this condo!

This was our second time staying at this condo because we enjoyed it so much! Pictures are accurate to furnishings and the porch was really nice to have with the mild temperatures we had! Great location with close proximity to bike path, golf, bike rental, and beach! We will definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Trip

The condo was a wonderful location. Close to the pool, short walk to the beach, clean and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great 4th of July

Great location. Large bedrooms, so great for a small family. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes but right in the heart of the tennis and pickle ball courts. We will stay there again!

Perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. After being a former HHI property owner, we were nervous to return to the island staying at a different place. The location was perfect-close to the beach, many other amenities and restaurants. Description of property was accurate and it had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. My wife and I recently spent a week in Palmetto Dunes, and it was truly one of the most relaxing vacations I've had in a long time. We booked through Hilton Head Properties, and their service was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, attentive, and even sent thoughtful text messages welcoming us and wishing us safe travels, which added a personal touch to the experience. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The surrounding area of Hilton Head Island is beautiful—peaceful and not overly commercialized, which made it easy to truly unwind. We were just a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of several great restaurants. There's also a convenient shuttle service that takes you to nearby dining spots, making it easy to get around without any hassle. Another big plus was that the property is pet friendly, which made it even more enjoyable to bring our dog on the trip. Everything about this trip was seamless and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this location and property management company to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to come back

Poor Cleanliness

This is in an excellent location—near restaurants and a short walk to the beach! Upon arrival, the property was not very clean. The beds were loaded with dog hair down to the sheets and mattress covers and the floors were very dirty. Property management was responsive.

Dudes Golf Trip

The was a great trip for a long golf trip. The place was well situated with quick access, in the middle of plenty of golf courses and shopping, and made for an easy in-and-out for the day. There was no grill in unit, however there is one in a common area that take charcoal....not what I had expected or desired. Otherwise, the unit and price fit our needs well. Looking into returning for an more extended stay for next year as I am know a "remote" employee.

This unit was absolutely disgusting. Dust and dirt everywhere in the unit. It looked like the unit was never cleaned. Also the toilets were so small it was laughable. Way overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend staying at this property.

Perfect Get Away

My husband and I loved the property. The management was exceptional and allowed us to bring our german shepherd and Siberian husky. It's difficult for pet owners of large breeds to find a place to stay for vacation, and my partner and I wanted nothing more than to bring our fur babies on vacation! We were worried that the place may be loud due to it being pet friendly but it was so quiet and peaceful the entire stay. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. The only complaint we have was that the floors needed to be cleaned and we wore our sandals throughout the condo to prevent our feet from getting dirty. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and we will likely stay here again on our next visit to Hilton Head!
