Located in the serene Spa at Port Royal Sound, enjoy modern amenities, tranquil surroundings, and easy access to the best of Hilton Head Island.

Open Floor Plan: A bright, airy space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including cutlery, cookware, and appliances. The dining area with a wet bar flows seamlessly into the living room.

Climate-Controlled Enclosed Room: Relax in this newly screened-in space, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or quiet reading. The twin sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping capacity for up to 5 guests.

Dual Master Suites: Each bedroom features a Queen size bed and its own private, remodeled bathroom, offering a spa-like retreat with tiled showers or a tub/shower combo.

Modern Comforts:

TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, equipped with Spectrum and Chromecast for streaming.

Washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience.

Beach towels and a few chairs are provided for your beach adventures.



***We are located on the second floor, requiring traversing two flights of stairs... which are a breeze... but wanted to make sure any wheelchair or mobility concerns are noted. There are no elevators at The Spa.***

Starter Amenities: Includes towels, toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies. Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property. The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $25 payable by credit card. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
