Great Little Villa at Great Beach Front Resort with lots of amentities!

Recently remodeled decor at one of Hilton Head's most popular oceanfront resorts. Fully equipped kitchen with plates, refrigerator w/ice maker, glasses, flatware, pots and pans. LCD wide screen HDTV. Free in-room high-speed internet access. Great ocean and pool view from covered deck. HHB&T has the largest beachfront pool on the island, a beach/pool side grill, Tiki bar, 10 free lighted tennis courts, kids playground, fitness center, on site full service restaurant and gift shop. 24-hour security and great location on bike path with on site bike rental. The only thing missing is you and your family.


Our villa is well maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. Our kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, not all villas do. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, not all villas do. Our balcony has a ceiling fan with light, not all villas do. Our balcony has a bar height table with 2 bar height chairs, not all villas do. Our balcony has a great view over the pond to the pool and the beach beyond, not all villas have a view. Our villa is truly one of the best villas at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.

This was a perfect place to stay with my two daughters and my best friend for a girls beach getaway before going back to school! The bed was comfy and the villa had everything we needed. It was clean and the host was so nice and responded quickly when I had questions. It was very close to the boardwalk that led us down to the beach we had a great time!

We had a awesome stay. The whole family loved it. Everything you needed was there. We stayed on 3 floor so we hot to see ocean and pool area from our room. Perfect size room for our family. It was very clean amd owners answered us in a very timely manner. Loved the family atmosphere ❀

We love staying at this resort. We've stayed here every year so we know what to expect but i expected more out of this condo. Everything was just very outdated. Theres no actual room which isn't shown in pictures from what i could see.

Great location to beach and pool

I REALLY wanted to be able to put a fantastic review because the owners are so great with communication but I will give my honest feedback here: Pros- wonderful communication with the owners. Linda let us know the day before that we were going to be able to check in early and both owners communicated quickly when we had issues. Both of my teenagers actually said the sofa bed was very comfy. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, sand baskets).Cons- our bedroom sheets and bathroom mat both had stains on them. Something that we may have overlooked in the listing but did not know when we arrived was there is no door to the master bedroom. The bedroom is “shared” with the bunk bed area. We had an issue with the cold water not turning on in our shower and were asked if we would be able to use pliers and fix it ourselves. After telling the owners no, they did come out and fix it the next day, which we appreciated. Our key pad lock ran out of batteries halfway through the trip and the owner was not super sure of the lock combination but after about 6 tries, we were able to get in and used a physical key the rest of the trip. Overall, we still had a very nice trip to the island!

Great Condo & Great Owners - perfect for adults w/ small children

My family & I stayed in this condo last week. The owner reached out to me a few hours before check in to let me know our room was ready for our arrival - I appreciated that. The room was perfect for us & the location was awesome. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and pool. There are 5 of us that stayed: my husband & I, with our 3 children who are 6, 6, and 3. My twins slept in the bunk beds just fine. I just wish there were bedside rails as my kids tend to move a lot when they sleep so I had to get up a few times and push them over to make sure they wouldn’t fall off. My daughter co-sleeps with me so she slept on the bed with my husband & I. There is a pull out couch for extra sleep space, but she wanted nothing to do with it. We had no problem lounging around in the evening in the living room. We used the couch, two chairs, and the floor. We would also enjoy the balcony chairs at night time - so peaceful out there! The kitchen was nice. Plenty of space in the fridge and the freezer has an ice maker. There’s 2 coffee makers & a microwave as well. There’s also an oven - we did not use it. There were plates and bowls and silverware. The only problem we ran in to was only having one fry pan. We made bacon & pancakes 1 morning & could only make one at a time on the stovetop. Only 1 complaint: the whole unit needs a good dusting. suggestions: 1.the towel racks & curtain rods need secured. They look like they will come out of the wall anytime now. 2. Offer more TP.

Great location, easy access, good amenities

We enjoyed our stay at HHI Tennis and Beach Resort. The pool, playground, and access to beach were positives. The only reason not a 5 star is the quality of bed in the bedroom is not good. It may be the worst bed I have ever slept on. The condo was functional but it is small and tight with 3 kids which is to be expected. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. Not having a washer and dryer was new for us in a vacation property so that was inconvenient to have to use a shared laundry room. Overall good stay and would recommend.

Room was very nice!

The room was very nice and had everything we needed including beach chairs which was great. I do wish the description had been clear about the bunk beds being in the actual bedroom. The pictures online makes it seem like it is separate. The room also needs a full length mirror other than that we enjoyed our stay! It was nice being able to order pizza for supper at the resort that first night after traveling and the pizza was delicious.

Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The resort is steps from the beach. Everything your family needs is at the resort. Restaurants, laundry, bike rentals, playground. We had so much fun.

lovely family friendly beach condo

We loved staying at this HHI condo at tennis and beach. There is a great ocean view from the balcony. HH Bbeach and tennis have family events at the pool including night movie with cotton candy and popcorn, and poolside trivia and karaoke. We live being a short walking distance from the beach! The condo was just right for my family of 4
