Located in Building 1, the 02 bedroom villa has grand panoramic views of ocean, golf course and marsh. The villa has been fully renovated in May/2017 and is baby friendly. The resort is on the beach in central location closer to bike paths, top restaurants, the airport and Palmetto Dunes. Resort includes 2 outside and 01 indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, running track, gym, 6 tennis courts, sun deck, pool side bar & grill, beach front bar, and family grilling area.

The apartment was okay, but it wasn’t great. The beds were not comfortable, the shower/bathrooms were tired, peeling paint, linoleum in the shower, rust on the faucet. None of the door closed appropriately and were all crooked in their jambs, the furnace room (which was accessible) was horrifically filthy and the front door lock only locked sometimes when we would leave. But there was a kitchen with plates and cups and random silverware. The fridge and microwave were clean and we were able to get the tv to work after a router reset. The elevator in our building was out while we were there, so everyone was funneled to the elevator in a different building. We didn’t spend much time there fortunately, but the pool looked clean and was popular when the weather was warm. I wouldn’t not stay here again though.

Pictures are deceiving in regards to the cleanliness of this unit. Our first bad experience was gross visible stains on two of the bedspreads. When we communicated the issue to the owner, we were told we had to wait until tomorrow for new bedding. Yuck. Upon closer inspection, the condo is in need of a DEEP cleaning. Looks like college kids live here- freezer is covered in frost, carpet is stained, bathroom walls are filthy (one even has a lipstick stain print on it), major dust accumulation on all the vents and blinds, baseboards have dust and dirt, bedroom walls have stains, towel hooks are ripped off the walls, silverware drawers are filthy with crumbs and stains as well as the cupboard with pans. It was pretty disgusting. Pot holder is gross and stained as well. Patio door is hard to open and has visible steaks and build up. Main door is hard to open with an awful squeaking noise. The master bedroom has a disgusting puke looking stain on the baseboard. We chose to spend very little time there. Beach is also much farther than we expected. We did not use their beach items so I can't speak to that. The parking lot is very dark at night. The facility looks a little run down as a whole. I have many more photos but it will only allow me to submit 8.

Easy Long Weekend

This unit has a beautiful view of the boardwalk to the beach over the marsh, the Palmetto Dunes golf course and one of the resort’s many ponds. It is only a few units away from the elevator and laundry room on the second floor. We enjoyed having the main outdoor pool right downstairs and had several meals from the grill poolside! Coco’s by the beach at the end of the boardwalk is also very convenient. The beach itself is absolutely perfect as always. Love you HHI!

Great Location!

There was an issue when we arrived that was taken care of promptly by the owner. The location was a short walk to the beach and offered many amenities for our family. The unit provided plenty of space for my family of five. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were repaired during our stay. Great communication with the owner.

Great Villa Great Stay

This villa on Hilton Head Resort was great. It was a smooth check in. The villa was as described by the owner. The owner was easy to get a hold of and left contact information. The villa was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The ice machine in the freezer was a bonus.The view from the balcony was quiet and tranquil overlooking the pond with fountain and views of the golf course and marsh. This villa provides everything you need to go to the beach with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and toys. We love the boardwalk to the beach...and the beach is the best beach with miles of walking and sometimes catching the dolphins playing in the waves!It rained for a couple days so we spent the days shopping at Tanger Outlets, exploring the Island, and utilizing the indoor space in Building 3 with the workout room, indoor pool and sauna. Thank you for a great holiday!

Needs improvement

There are so many suggestions for improvements. Upon us looking for a VRBO did this one ever say it was part of a resort. The resort property needs cleaning and updating. Doors, stairwells, elevators, windows, pool areas all need work. The door to our villa needs repairs, the windows and patio doors need to be replaced. You can’t open a window because the screen is shredded. There was now screen door on the patio door. I’m not sure who would be in charge of these issues. On the inside of our villa, the kitchen was dysfunctional- you can’t work at the sink and load the dishwasher, in order to open some drawers you had to have the cupboard open. The freezer seal needs to be replaced. Kitchen counter needs to be re-siliconed. I would suggest vacuuming the rug, it was dirty. Also, we did not have soap in the kitchen. We had to go buy some basic supplies. After I cleaned the kitchen I felt better about using it. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when we had issues with Wi-Fi. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Great Stay at HH until Debby ruined things

Thiago is so very easy to work with. We loved this condo. The location is perfect as building 2 has the largest pool nearby. The complex itself is well kept. The condo was updated and very nice. Thiago mentioned he has a 2nd condo (in case you have a larger family that needs more room.) is this complex and based on this experience, we won’t hesitate to rent from Thiago again. Thanks very much .

Best option in HHR

This condo has been renovated with great modern style and optimized functionality. Attractive furnishings, big new tv, quality upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. Easily accomodates 5 persons (although there are only 4 dining chairs). The owner allowed us to use of his beach cart to haul stuff across the boardwalk which is an added bonus. The best part is the view— relatively few condos in this complex have direct marsh and golf course views. This unit is elevated on the second floor and overlooks the fountain pond, marsh, and adjacent golf course. Within HHR, this is a top rental choice.

This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt. Elevator near me broken.

Great stay

Loved our stay! The space was more than big enough for our family and we loved how many towels came with it. Huge bonus was the locker of beach equipment we could use - super helpful. Only con for us was that I relied on all the baby items being there that were pictured and the inventory wasn't the same, but it was no big deal. Owner was very communicative and helpful. We have already recommended it to others and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Location

Stayed with my son for a golf weekend. Overall, we enjoyed the condo. A few minor things that should be repaired, window screen, freezer door seal, counter above the dishwasher... I would stay at Thiago's rental again.
