Comfortable home base

There is a lot to like about this home - It's clean, modern, close to 2 pools (with bathrooms!), the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of closet space, natural light pouring in, and easy check in/out process. It was better stocked than I expected - enough essentials to last us 4 days. We only walked to the beach one day and it definitely felt like it took more than 10 minutes, but we also had a 4-year-old in tow and maybe didn't take the most direct route to the beach. From then on we used bikes to get around which was of course much faster. Highly recommend biking. Coligny Beach access is <5 minute bike ride, has really nice facilities, a splash pad for the littles, and shady bench swings. My kid lived for the Kona Ice truck that was parked there most days.

Treetops is a great place to stay and near The Heritage. There was a parking lot 2 minutes away where we could catch a shuttle into Sea Pines. We would stay there again!

Great location! Bring beach towels, coffee filters

Great location, my family loved the tennis courts for pickle ball. No beach towels but luckily it wasn’t so warm so we didn’t spend time in the pools or ocean. Thanks for providing bath towels for each person. Easy beautiful path to beach 6-10min walk. Thanks for a few dishwasher detergent tabs, but it would be nice to have dish soap to hand wash small amounts, and a tea towel to dry dishes. Thanks for the coffee machine, maybe leave coffee filters for guests, super cheap do they can use them the first morning especially. Sugar would be a nice condiment to have available with the salt and pepper. Nice and bright. We brought our own board games but they had some too. Cute place. Bed was comfy! Thank you for sharing your place.
