Wonderful luxury condo with new kitchen, new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new granite counter tops, new furniture, new smart flat screen TVs and nice views of the lagoon. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite full updated master bath. Guest room has a double bed with a twin and an updated guest full bath with shower and tub. Living room has all new furniture and a fold out couch so you can sleep 7 people. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 28 Springwood in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Springwood has a nice community pool and a great location near shops and restaurants. The new Town of Hilton Head Celebration park is only a short walk away. The beach is about a ten minute walk or five minute bike ride. What a great location to all the amenities of Hilton Head in a very nice updated condo. Over 117 miles of bike paths are all around Hilton Head and easy access from Springwood.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 250 shops, 200 restaurants, 400 tennis courts and pickle ball courts, 17 miles of beautiful beaches and over 117 miles of bike paths too. Hilton Head Vacation

Everything was excellent. We could not hav asked for a more perfect place. First day we had an issue with the AC. It was taken care of immensely by the property manager Mr Young . Proximity to the beach. Sjopping and restaurants was also excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Great family atmosphere

Overall, pleased with the property. We have been coming to Springwood for years - price for same sized unit increased 70% for same time of year! Check-in process was okay. Typically, you are emailed a code and not necessary to go to rental office. There was confusion about pool access - no instructions as to where pool keys were located. Property manager could use some customer service training as he kept telling me they were in the drawer and I checked every drawer and told him they weren't there. We finally located them, but again - no instructions in the packet. No instructions for check out were in packet other than time to be out which was 10 a.m. Housekeeping arrived at 8:30 a.m. and knocked on our door ready to clean. The positives were that the unit was decorated and furnished very nicely with a beautiful view of the lagoon.
