Super nice and updated villa! Brand New King Bed! This unit is in ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! Newer paint throughout, sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress, leather recliner, updated backsplash tile, ceiling fans also has an updated bathroom and kitchen, Keurig, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! We loved this spot!! The condo is super cute, clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the unit has tons of closet storage. The balcony is a plus and the provided chairs seem brand new. We took full advantage of the bikes and really enjoyed moving around the area on wheels and by foot. The neighborhood is quiet and the vibe was relaxed and lovely. Very helpful and responsive owners as well. We will 100% be staying here again!!

The little unit was stocked well, with plenty of necessities already there. It was very clean. It had a nice view from the deck. The king bed very comfortable; however there was no door on the one bedroom, more like an efficiency apt. Pictures depicted made it look a bit bigger than it was. Laundry is in the hallway. Nice that beach chairs and bikes were provided.Lori was helpful with answering questions.

It could have been cleaner. I basically had to wash sliders for closet. So sticky with build up. I am picky so I would not choose that area. Bikes were too much of a reach for me I almost fell off. Tom enjoyed them. I lowered the seat. I am recuperating from health issues. We cooked more than most might. We followed the close up rules closely and generally enjoyed our time in evenings watching TV. Tom read 6 books I read 1. We did laundry 4x. We like the one across the street from Goodwill favorite breakfast same area we enjoyed our time at a Catholic Church on Pope Avenue. I shopped a lot for grandkids. Just discovered there is a great bookstore on your right as you enter the island. We had lunch at a Greek place. It was delicious. Big meal. Everything on the plate was top notch. It is fun to explore the different shops in different areas. Not many people were doing that. The cold weather made it briskly and the shops were just organizing for the upcoming season.Of course we will return to Hilton head but palmetto dunes is high and accommodations. And it is close to shaker cove... An area full of things to do. Oh and I need to tell you the lady who lives their permanently 137 talks non stop all night. That was a challenge for me thank God I could sleep in spite of it. We appreciated the quick response to our need for skillets. We used them a lot. Getting used to spectrum was a challenge. We did not have good wifiDespite the negatives we did enjoy our stay.

We are frequent visitors to HHI and know the area very well. The unit is conveniently located near the restaurants and shopping areas we like to visit. And we liked the fact that it is located right on the beach. Although it is small, it is well suited for two people. The only negative was the sofa has seen its better days and is uncomfortable to sit on for any period of time. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.
