This was our second year staying here and we absolutely love it. From the convience of being across the street from Coligny and all the shops and restaurants to being right there with Pool Bar Jim’s. Wonderful condo with excellent location! Everything was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Outstanding location with shopping, grocery and restaurants just across the street. My husband never moved our car except to drive to Harbor Town to see the NYE fireworks. Highly recommend a stay here if you visit Hilton Head!

Absolute perfection! The condo was exactly as pictured, if not better. I'm no stranger to this part of the island, so it goes without saying that the location is ideal with shopping, restaurants and the beach at your fingertips. The weather was a little "iffy" during our visit (2/21/26 - 2/28/26), but it did not deter from our trip at all. We had a large, cozy space to relax with all of the comforts of home. The view of the daily sunrise is unbeatable, the king bed luxurious and the kitchen is amazing! The host is VERY responsive, thank you Julie I will return!

Great little gem in the heart of Coligny!

Just got back from traveling with my husband and teenage son and I can't say enough good things about this property. You can't beat the location - on the beach and walking distance to so many great shops and bars/restaurants. The heated pool was a great treat during some of the cooler days during our visit and Pool Bar Jim's is conveniently located poolside so drinks and snacks are never out of reach. The unit itself is very well maintained and had everything you could want. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit HHI!
