SeaCrest 2512 Stunning View, Walk to Coligny Shops & Restaurants

The location of our stunning 4 bedroom/3 bathroom beachfront penthouse Sea Crest #2512 condo is outstanding as it’s in the heart of Coligny Plaza where you can walk to shops, restaurants and beach bars. In fact the island’s famous Pool Bar Jim’s Beachside Grill where frozen drinks are made with fresh fruit is located in Sea Crest and the iconic Tiki Hut which has an abundance of free live entertainment is a mere 5 minute stroll away. The beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park is also a short walk away. Our villa overlooks our complexes beautiful lagoons and pool as well as the ocean and is truly breathtaking. You'll enjoy these views from two spacious balconies as well as the living room and two master bedrooms.

Our villa is 1,946 square feet and sleeps 12 people with all four bedrooms having a cozy sitting area. Bed configurations are as follows:
-Master bedroom #1: King Bed (2 people)
-Master bedroom #2: King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa (4 people)
-Guest bedroom #1: Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed (3 people)
-Guest bedroom #2: Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed (3 people)

Four bedroom condos in SeaCrest are rare and ours can easily be shared by 2 families as it has two ocean view master bedrooms each with a king bed, direct balcony access and an attached bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each have a high quality twin XL over queen bunk bed, cozy bean bag chairs and they share the villa’s third bathroom.

As owners we try hard to make our guests vacation hassle free by ensuring our villa has everything guests need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, and boogie boards. We also provide tennis and pickleball rackets and balls as our guests can play for a fee at nearby courts. We also have board games and a detailed information book with suggestions for dining, shopping, nightlife, day trips and biking on the island.

Please Note:
-No events or large gatherings are permitted in the villa
-Guests must respect Hilton Head’s short term rental quiet hours and refrain from excessive noise between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
-Only owners at SeaCrest are permitted to have pets
-Person booking reservation must be at least 25 years old

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 45 years and purchased two Coligny area condos in 2020 which we are proud to say were highly rated and we always maintained a Premier and Super-host status. In 2025 we purchased this amazing Sea Crest villa and will continue our efforts to ensure our guests have a 5 star experience by providing many amenities not typically offered in vacation rental properties.
