Spacious Hilton Head Resort Condo/Villa Near Beach
This is one of the few, larger two bed/two bath villas with a washer/dryer! This unit has been recently renovated and will not disappoint! Comfortable beds, large TV's, and a great kitchen with a wine cooler and Keurig await! Beautiful Hilton Head Resort with so many amenities! Two outdoor pools and one indoor pool with indoor hot tub, sauna, fitness area, and indoor walking track. There is a seasonal bar/deli/general store on site. It is a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach, and Coco’s beach bar (seasonal) is right there! There are many biking trails and so much to do! Take a kayak trip in Shelter Cove, rent a pontoon boat, or play golf at one of the many courses on the island.

Great experience
First at all, Chris is great. His communication is prompt.Condo is very nice. The easiest booking ever (and we travel a lot). It was two of us and condo has everything we needed. It’s very nice that condo has a wagon and all necessities like beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and so on to use to go to the beach. We didn’t use any of it due to the weather ( winter time) but in the summer we would use it .Parking is free and unit has hair dryer.Master bedroom has memory foam (for those who like it). Not good for my back, but this unit has few more beds with comfortable (more firm mattresses) which I used.Also, this unit has drying and washing machines inside of unit ( you can find rarely in this resort), which is huge benefit. This unit is in building 4 and on the 2nd floor.Overall we had great experience Thank you Chris very much.

Above Average Vacation, Just Average Rental
Communication prior to our vacation was very good, and the check-in process was smooth. The condo was recently remodeled, very bright and decorated nicely. The cleanliness and weekly necessities were not what we were expecting. Our main disappointments revolved around a lack of paper products to sustain a family of 4 for 8 days. Our typical rental experience is one of plentiful tolietries. There was 1-2 rolls of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish towel in the kitchen,exactly 4 bath towels, very little dishwasher detergent, and 4 detergent pods for the washing machine. We really liked having a washer and dryer in the unit, but upon arriving we needed to stock up on paper products at the grocery store down the street. This was an additional expense and time taken away from our vacation. The cleaniliness of the condo was also slightly disappointing as we took a few hours settling in and cleaning. There was a lot of sand on the floors, so sweeping was a daily activity. We get it, we are in a beach town, but we felt the cleaning staff could have done a better job in preparing the unit. After our first night on the bedding my wife was very frustrated that the sheets were popping off the mattress. This was a deep pillow top mattress with an inadequate fitted sheet. We ended up going to Walmart to get a deep pocket sheet set for the week at our expense and just brought them home with us. Overall the experience was just average, not exceptional, not terrible.

4 Night Anniversary Getaway
We had an excellent stay here! Love the property and the location. Easy access to the beach. Everything was very accessible. We enjoyed Hilton Head Brewery, Lincoln and South Brewery, a day at Sea Pines hiking to the shell ring and climbing the lighthouse. We ate at and would recommend the Sea Pines Salty Dog, Hudson’s, Java Burrito and One Hot Mammas just to name a few. We look forward to going back and staying here again!! Thank you Chris and Theresa for being such great hosts!
