Stepping inside, you’re welcomed by a bright, open floor plan. Just beyond the entry, the dining space is perfectly positioned for group meals, complete with a built-in wet bar for evening cocktails. Flowing seamlessly from here is the living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the sound and flood the space with natural light. Comfortable seating and a large smart TV make this room equally suited for movie nights or peaceful afternoons, while sliding doors open to a balcony with views of both the water and the community pool.
The kitchen sits adjacent to the living area and was designed with entertaining in mind.
