Just off the kitchen area is the cozy nook, with a glass table top and four plush chairs; hang in here and sip on your morning’s coffee while flipping through the pages of your favorite new novel. The handsome dining room radiates with warmth from the sun with its wood craved table and six matching chairs.

The living room is impressively decorated in earthy tones with a splash of burgundy. The living room is home to a decorative fireplace, a flat screen television, and large French doors, which provides access to the back deck and pristine golf course views. Housed on the back deck is a table with chairs, perfect for dining, having a poker night, or star gazing into the galaxy.

The first floor also houses one of the three bedrooms in the unit. This bedroom has a king bed with a mounted flat screen television, and its own private bathroom with a walk in shower. Climb the top of the stairs and the other two bedrooms await.
Finished with earthy tones, is the second bedroom, with its king bed, plush carpeting, mounted flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The final bedroom is a shipwrecked paradise. Nautically decorated, it is home to a queen bed and two twins; the pirates onboard will have lots of room to play around and a mounted flat screen for entertainment. This bedroom also has its own bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination.

This unit also comes fully stocked with a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Evian, a popular vacation destination within Shipyard, is an oasis of serenity in itself. An old fashioned gazebo and numerous benches, overlooking the 5 acre lake with its sweeping footbridge, provide an unsurpassed view of native wildlife. The nearby olympic-size pool is open year round, and is adjacent to the 6, free and lighted, tennis courts. For the ocean lover, a 15-18 minute walk, or 5-7 minute bike ride, brings you to the plantation beach club on the Atlantic Ocean. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
