Totally Updated Three Bedroom Golf Course Villa!

An astounding example of rental villa perfection! This wonderful three bedroom villa has been completely updated from the walls in and redesigned with materials of the highest quality with no expense spared and an amazing attention to detail.

The kitchen is gorgeous with its quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and new custom cabinetry. The kitchen bar area has had the wall removed to dramatically open open this space to the dining and living areas. You'll have all the supplies you need to cook meals at home should you so desire.

The dining area rests beside the kitchen and presents golf course views with seating for four guests. The kitchen bar area has additional seating for two guests.

The living area is cozy and comfortable with its well-appointed, beach contemporary furniture to envelope all who enter. A Smart TV is available to entertain. A large sliding door leads from the living room to your private deck which overlooks the George Fazio Golf Course!

Completing the first floor of this tremendous villa is a beautifully appointed guest bedroom which features a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom boasts a quartz topped vanity and a very nicely done custom offset subway tile walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, the primary and the second guest.

The large primary bedroom consists of a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. This bathroom also consists of a custom tiled subway tile walk-in shower with accompanying quartz topped vanity.

The upstairs guest bedroom makes relevant a double sized bed, Smart TV and of course its own en-suite guest bathroom. This time the bathroom contains a custom-tiled tub and shower combination and a quartz topped vanity.

Outside on your private deck you will enjoy sweeping views of the George Fazio Golf Course at your private outdoor dining table!

The beach is easily accessed by bike or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a seasonal on-call free shuttle service! Turnberry Village is nestled within the heart of Palmetto Dunes, making it easy to access all of its offerings such as pickleball, tennis, golf and a host of restaurants!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great villa and location. Clean and updated. Rain showers in all bathrooms was a treat! Backyard with deer and views of the golf course and comfortable patio furniture. Super close to the community pool. Recommend renting bikes to get to and from the ocean/beach.

The aesthetic was beach bliss.. super cute, so well decorated and exactly how I would stage a beach house for guests! Second, it had everything! We absolutely loved the sustainable products that were provided, that was an added touch! It had a cooler for use, all the cleaning products we needed, extra comfy blankets & pillows, even organic wash for fruits and veggies! We were so grateful! We would love to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!! We were also directly across from the pool which was super nice. It was a little farther from the beach than I realized but the Dunes Buggy was easy to use and we even got parking spots at the beach access so it was fine! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!
