Never had any interaction with the host. Seems like everything was either extra or not available. 5 bedrooms but a charge for second car pass. Really?36degrees but no fireplace use. Fire pit table not hooked up. Hot tub extra.TV in second primary didn’t work. Basically it felt like we were invited but not welcome.

Wonderful home with plenty of space for everyone!

Having adult kids, it can be hard to get everyone in one place. I was lucky enough to spend my 50th birthday with my whole family in such a beautiful setting. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood right off the golf course and easy access to anywhere you need to go. The host responds promptly and gives great directions both written in the binder and via the app. I would definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful home

This house is very clean, spacious and well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of 9. The host is very responsive and informative. Our only disappointment was the pool/hot tub. Juliet contacted me a week before our trip to let me know that the new pool heater wasn’t working. We hoped for the best but it wasn’t meant to be. The pool needed to be cleaned, which she arranged, and they did an okay job. We were able to use it in short spurts but the heater and hot tub would have been ideal. We made the best of it and enjoyed our trip overall.

Golf Trip 2025

The home was exactly as promoted and communication with property owner was easy and very responsive. Location was terrific and the home was clean and welcoming. We would stay at this home again. Spent 1500.00 on a heated pool that did not work. Pool company came out and still didnt fix it. Other than that property was nice and the family enjoyed the area.

Active yet Relaxing

This is a great home in a terrific location. We had 13 in our group from 6mos to 72years. 7 adults and 5 children. We took the advice to have bikes delivered prior to arrival. 2 electric and 1 with baby wagon. We used them to go to the beach (10min), Starbucks, Kroger, Hilton Head Tavern, Ice cream, Crumble, Festival with live entertainment (all 5 min). The pool, grill, and all space was wonderful. Kids and adults were entrertained the whole time. Cooked all but one meal ourselves and kitchen was more than sufficient. Owner Juliet was attentive and answered all questions quickly. All of the information ahead of time helped everything to go smoothly. Our family felt this was the best vacation yet. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful HHI home!

Had an awesome stay. Host Juliet was very prompt with any questions we had about the property. The home is lovely - lots of space for our crew of 7 adults and 3 kids under 5. The pool was a favorite for adults and kids—will be a definite must for future family vacations. The home was stocked with everything we could think of- towels, beach towels, beach chairs, games, plenty of dinnerware (plastic for outside) and cookware. I would highly recommend booking this VRBO- Nancy

Beautiful home, wonderful experience

We recently stayed here to with 10 adults and it was really wonderful. The house is stunning and Juliet was an incredible host providing tons of information in advance and was available and responsive our whole trip. One note is that the property is pretty deep into the complex but the walking path/cut through to Shelter Cove minimized the impact allowing for daily walks to Starbucks. Also it was a bit tricky getting an Uber from HH back to Savannah, something to keep in mind. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

Great golf weekend

The property was great and in a great location. There was a little mix up at check in and Juliet handled it with ease. The cleaner showed up to address things. Nezha with new Image (the cleaner) was fantastic. She not only handled the issue but came by the following day and final day to make sure everything was great and if we needed anything. Great weekend! Thanks so much for the accommodations.

Great house!

We went down to Hilton Head for my husband's 50th birthday golf trip. Great community, and the house was perfect for a group of 10 of us. Perfectly comfortable, everything we needed! It was the first time we had traveled to Hilton Head, and the host left plenty of information and helpful maps so we could plan our trip! Juliet Cavallaro was extremely helpful before and during our trip. Very responsive whenever I reached out to her. I would absolutely return to this house and recommend staying here.

Plenty of room

The house was excellent for our large group of four families totaling 8 adults and 7 kids. The owner was very helpful and responsive, especially when we had trouble figuring out the hot tub heater. Also, due to the time of year, the pool was quite dirty when we arrived, but the owner arranged for cleaning the next morning. All in all it was a great trip as we celebrated my wife’s birthday.

Great family accommodations

The house was perfect for the size of our family. 10 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 kid, 2 toddlers. Lots of room to spread out. The children loved the pool. We ordered bikes and the older children and their parents did a lot of bike riding in the area. The beach was close. We would drive one truck and/or use the shuttle service. The kitchen was well equipped w/ utensils and we cooked at home most evenings. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was pretty much as described; great location for everyone and the different things that each one did; the house was lovely, so was the pool and backyard area; we enjoyed watching the golfers on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail; close proximity to beach; it was a family vacation and perfect for our group; we hope to stay again; Juliette was wonderful to work with

The private swimming pool was a plus!

The interior of the home was as advertised and the location was convenient to everything!We liked that a free shuttle was provided which helped get us to and from the beach.The private swimming pool was great after a day at the beach and the pool was kept clean! During our last day at the property, the patio got pressured washed and the pool cleaned again for the 4th time. This was our first booking through Vrbo and we had a great experience! Juliet is a wonderful host who is a phone call or text away!Thank you,Juliet!
