A solid stay from start to finish! The staff were welcoming, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Everything ran smoothly and made for an enjoyable visit. The only minor issue was that the room felt a little dusty... I’d happily stay here again!

This is a classic Japanese business/wedding hotel - older, smaller wet room space, but immaculately clean and perfectly maintained and preserved. Beds were traditionally firm, and it was tough to get the room cool enough for sleeping, even in the middle of February. Not exactly cramped in our three-bed setup, but by no means roomy. Staff was great - friendly and efficient. The location is what sets this hotel apart; directly attached to the main Shinkansen station, where you can connect or walk to basically everywhere in town. Incredibly convenient. All the other amenities were perfect as well - water in the room, solid wifi, pajamas, etc.
