Amazing overall exc room temperature
Very friendly staff, especially during the morning breakfast Our main issue was the fact that we couldn't decrease the temperature of the room and had to leave the door of the balconies open to decrease the temperature of the room - more so because we had a 5month old baby with us

Fabulous remodeled hotel combining the best features of antique walls and modern furnishings. Super breakfast, great restaurant, reasonable price and a location that makes it easy to walk to restaurants, take the subway to historic sights, walk to the Duomo, high speed train to Rome, short ride to Port for ferries to the islands and Sicily. They allowed us an early check in, but not without having to wait two hours. Could be room for improvement as this is a major issue with touring around Italy.

The staff were first class - wonderful. Professional, pleasant, helpful, smiling = brilliant. Food was so nice and the rooftop bar and restaurant is the best ! Thank you for a totally memorable holiday.
