My room that i had booked months in advance, was not ready when i arrived. I was upgraded for 1 night, but that only meant i could not unpack the 1st night and had to wait around the next day waiting for my room to become available. Also hot showers were hard to get in either room. Other than that, all the staff were very good and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location, 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh supermarket. I arrived passed midnight but the night staff was super friendly and helpful in every way with bringing the luggage in the room after checking in and gave me a lot of recommendations around the area. The morning staffs was great too but the night services guy was the best one! This is probably one of best services hotel I stayed in and definitely will be back here if I want to stay in the central in Saigon. The breakfast was simple with fresh eggs and noodles but it was okay. There is a fancy Chinese restaurant on level 1 in the hotel but it always empty, I think it is because the price too high.

Staff were excellent, always welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The rooms were very clean and tidy throughout. Though we were asked to move rooms, it was an easy task and staff could not do any more than what they had done. Pool was also very nice.

The hotel itself is outdated, not what we expected. We need to look for another hotel to stay and check out early. Hotel staff is great, breakfast is ok. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends though.

Staff were friendly but first room smelled so bad couldn’t sleep at night. And dresser top was full of little aunts. Rooms and hallway had old carpet from 50 years ago. When complained new room was offered but no help we had to move stuff ourselves. Breakfast : some items seemed old from day before. Boiled eggs were cold and hard. Bread was day old for sure. Coffee was cold. … I would not recommend this place.

Relaxing and value for money

Dated, but kept tidy. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet, varying selection of meats, rice, noodles, fruit and breads. Not high end, but solid. Good variety of pho.

The hotel was amazing like always. The food was unbelievable. It was their weakness on my last visit. It was ok. But with a new chef comes new food and the improvement made the difference to the hotel!! Cannot wait to return not only for the stay but the food too

We didn’t realise when we booked the room that there was no natural light in the room (family room). Beds were comfortable and location was good. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
