Really clean rooms, staff were very professional, attentive and when we had a flight delay, very accommodating. It was in such a good location you could walk everywhere and the view over the river from the top was well worth it. Great value for money!

Used condom wrapper in hotel room upon arrival

Overall it was a good hotel but the condom wrapper next to the bed upon arrival to the hotel and seemingly uncleaned room overshadowed the experience.

You are walking distance to most of the major sites in District 1. Area is very safe. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and warm. Pool was a lovely break from the busy city streets.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great location in District1 of HCMC. Easy walking to many attractions including opera house, traditional post office, Notre Dame and one of two shopping centres. Convenient location for tour bus pick-up and return. Slightly opposite from water taxi terminal where you can do a boat ride on the Saigon River like a local which has some amazing city views late afternoon / evening. Would totally recommend this property.

The property is in a good location in District 1. Close to shopping centres, food areas and Main Street in City Centre. Convenient to Saigon River water bus, walking distance to many interesting and important attractions and convenient for tour pick ups. Totally recommend this property to all.

Had too many problem with this hotel, 1st day they give me a room where shower drainage was not working properly, after complaining they change my room after few hours , the next day no water in the shower and washroom in the morning until 10.30am, therefore I missed the breakfast time, they did not do anything about it even after complaining, no iron in the room after requesting one they give me bad iron that burned my T Shirt , again they did nothing about it even after complaining, was not happy about this property at all , specially the staff ..
