Unfortunately, the laundry service provided during our stay fell short of our expectations. Our clothes were not properly washed, which caused some inconvenience during our trip. However, please rest assured that we managed to find a third-party vendor to assist us with this issue, and our garments were successfully laundered. I've been to Vietnam a few times and let me tell you, this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. You're welcomed by friendly staff and you truly feel like royalty. This is my favorite hotel so far. Get the club lounge, it was worth it. The breakfast buffet was the best. We get the salted coffee every morning and night. It was that good. I would stay here a million times!
