Really nice hotel, nice room, lovely decor. Only 2 fatal flaws, which are that the rooms really need soundproofing, as you can hear absolutely everything, and the surrounding area of the hotel is awful.

Excellent hotel, very clean, great service. We didn’t try the food, so cannot comment about it. This hotel is situated in District 5, rather the attractions are in District 1. So travel back and forth was bit of an hassle in traffic. Otherwise every else about this hotel is top notch.

The lobby and concierge set the tone for the whole stay from first step. Grand hotel meticulous maintained, don’t ever think that you have to stay in District 1 when visiting Vietnam. Still so close to the centre and traditional style hotel.
