Hotel is located in the heart of Saigon but also on a quiet street, so that gives you a lot of privacy in the bustling city! Grand entrance/reception, and the room decor was tastefully done. I would only comment that at night time, the service was not as hospitable as during the day.

Greatest Hotel Experience

I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never received better service than from the staff at Mai House. They have become My Home away from home and the only place I will stay in Ho Chi Minh City. And if you need a venue for a special event, they knocked that out of the park for me and my bride’s wedding.

Mai house is an absolute stunner. We had just completed a village home stay which was incredible and then landed at Mai House and I thought all my Christmases had come at once. The hotel is beautifully classic and exceptionally presented. The rooms were luxurious and the bathroom was just deeevine, the bath was a little gift after my rice planting, bike riding, fishing, kayaking adventure and the pool area was the cherry on top. The pool bar team even popped our half drunk bottle of wine behind the bar so we could return later in the evening to finish just to ensure it was cost effective. The breakfast had so many options and felt like such a treat. Everything is within walking distance and options to eat and drink were excellent. All in all a truly exceptional stay and and even better experience :)

This is definitely a 5-star hotel! Everything feels new and fresh — the entire property smells great and is fully air-conditioned for comfort throughout. Our room was spacious with soft, cozy bedding that made for a restful stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. What really made our stay special was the attentive service. The staff were consistently helpful, and the concierge desk went above and beyond with excellent local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — we would gladly stay here again!
