Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price paid. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Bathroom old and not working properly specially showered in my room the aircondition broke and leaking all night so we had have no aircondition and the noise is terrible can’t sleep waited next day for change to order room

The room on the higher floors was good but the one on the fifth floor had centralized air-conditioning and the temperature couldn't be regulated (too cold). The breakfast buffet spread was good and housekeeping excellent. The extra clothing hangers and pillows were delivered promptly even though we had communication problems with the housekeeper. We also had problem with the safe box and it was also fixed promptly. Overall, the experience was pleasant and good.
