Wonderful gem of a hotel

Initially I was a bit hesitant on arrival as hotel was a bit older than I expected. However, I must say that my husband I had an absolutely lovely visit. The staff and service could not be better. They went out of their way to accommodate every single request we had. The rooftop bar is a Vietnamese vibe, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We paid for an upgraded room, which in retrospect I probably would have stuck with the smaller room. We had a lot of space but the hotel itself is not luxurious. It is an older building and its wear shows. The room was comfortable and very clean. I think a smaller room would have been an excellent value. We walked 3 min to Brelax which was an adorable place to get a massage. There were great cafes within walking distance. The hotel arranged transport, laundry, and dinner reservations when requested. Highly recommend this hotel as a good value, comfortable stay, and convenient location. Anticipate long transport times to the airport in the am. Took us well over an hour.

Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was serviced twice a day, towels changed twice a day, and two bottles of water supplied twice a day. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The rooftop bar with spa and very pleasant staff made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel's position is central.

The Staff were amazing , they bent over backwards trying to accommodate us. The room was clean and the rooftop pool and bar was cute. Lovely views of the Saigon river.

Outstanding Bargain

This hotel is ideal for a visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Excellent service all around, very clean, front desk people are exceptionally helpful. Great location-central but off of the main streets. Great breakfast (included) and 2 pm tea (basically a light lunch. also included). Jolie is reasonably priced, the rooftop pool and bar are a nice extra feature. Super experience at this hotel!

This was an absolutely charming hotel. It was decorated like a library after my own heart. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and respectful. The room was very comfortable and just the right size. The cute rooftop bar had an awesome view. Breakfast was great, and they serve a free tea in the afternoon that we weren't there for, but I'm sure was great. The location is central and convenient, Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Exceptional staff!

A fantastic 4 night stay in this fabulously central location. The staff were all, without exception, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and they even gave us a freshly packed early departure breakfast at 6.25am.

Excellent hotel with fantastic level of service

Great location in District 1. Nice rooftop bar and excellent breakfast. Staff are very helpful, the level of service is very high. Afternoon tea is nice, also flexibility for late checkout and luggage storage. Would definitely recommend - in fact the Silverland chain seems to offer quite a few nice hotels in HCMC

Despite the superb service and lovely shared spaces, we had an issue with our Suite. The photos shown on the Expedia site show a beautiful space with a living room area, however, when we arrived we were shown to a room on a lower level that looked nothing like the five photos of the Suite we booked and did not have a living room area at all. Instead we had a hot tub that was not filled and a sauna which we had no interest in using. It was a bait and switch situation and very disappointing. We were moved to a different room on with a nice view for the second night, but the elusive suite in the pictures was not to be found.

The service is fantastic. Very friendly staff and very attentive. This is a 3 star not 4 star. The carpets need to be changed and definitely needs some upgrading. Book the river view. Rooms like 803 703 603 - BEST VIEW IN THE CITY. I loved the kindest of this Hotel Staff just not as nice as the pictures
