This property is run by ANGIA Hospitality. Honestly worst service ever experienced. We had to change rooms at 12pm midway for some reason on a 2 night reservation. Contacting the host is practically impossible. They never pick up calls and messaging them is a gamble on if they respond or not. Won’t ever book again

Giving it all one star. At checkin we were told room was available. Transfer is to another property, Madison Tower which is under construction and it was not clean. Requested a refund but property owner refuse to. Based on research, this happens quite often with this property. Don’t recommend.

Please stay away from this place! I didn’t mind tnat the place was old and dated, but it was EXTReMELY FILTHY…definitely not a 3 star hotel-apartment. There was soap scum in the shower that looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months, dried toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, dried shampoo/body wash on the shower walls, hair on the bathroom floor, hairs in the bed sheets, you name it…FILTHY! Also, the black couch had dirt, dried skin, food crumbs on it, etc. I told the front desk and the owner did try to fix the issue by having a cleaner come, but the cleaner didn’t bring any cleaning products or vacuum and used a rag & water to spot clean the spots I pointed out. I just gave up and tried not to touch anything in the bathrooms and bedrooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
