Incredible staff
We forgot our chargers at the last hotel so we asked the front desk if they knew what store we should buy new ones at. Not only did they warn us that many of the stores would try to scam us (between price gouging and defective products), they personally went out to buy them, for a fair price. (~$33 USD for an iPhone watch charger, iPhone charger, and a brick for the wall. I think there was a small fee for the labor of going as well but can’t remember) Everything from check in, to breakfast, to check out was immaculate. The breakfast also had more Vietnamese options from their ordering menu which I love, most other hotels just had pho made to order so the variety was a standout.

Overall at first glace great presentation as the staff is amazingly attentive. Once in the room, the smell was not pleasant and the bathroom needs an upgrade.Was a bit disappointed.

I loved the rooftop bar!! The view is incredible overlooking the city! The staff was warm, professional, & hospitable. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable!

The property is beautiful and well cared for. The hotel staff are the best staff of any hotel I have ever been in and I travel frequently to Asia. The staff will help with all your needs quickly and efficiently. The staff is knowledgeable about the area and careful to protect you and save expenses where possible and recommend great sights and food. The hotel restaurant is excellent with great Asian and European offerings
