Hall bath is totally remodeled with new tile and fixtures. Large living area with flat screen TV and comfy furniture. Tile floors throughout for cool Florida feel. Extremely clean rental house located in a safe area.

The trip could not have gone any better. Communication with the host was instantaneous. The house was extremely clean and stocked with anything you may need for your stay. I definitely recommend will be staying here again.

This was a perfect house for our family Christmas. Everything was exactly as described and was stocked with staples. There was a perfect amount of communication and I felt comfortable if there was anything I needed. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great and Relaxing Place

We recently enjoyed a short stay at the snowbirds’ dream in Holiday. The house was exceptionally clean and exactly as described with plenty of cookware, comfortable furnishings and a nice fenced back yard for our pup. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer and responded right away to our queries. We look forward to our next trip!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially liked the sunroom and the backyard! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. A couple of the beaches were only 15 minutes away and Clearwater Beach was about 40 minutes away. There were restaurants and shopping very close by. The host was very attentive and quick to respond via email and even allowed us to check in a tad bit early. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!!

Property was beautiful, clean and quiet. Exactly as listed. Hosts were responsive and provided more in the home than we were expecting. Neighbors were friendly. Close to lots of things to do. Owners were wonderful!

The house was well stocked with everything needed and clean. I know the area any was able to visit all my favorite places. The Anclote bike trail is near and leads to 3 great parks with a swimming beach, playground, launch, fishing pier, dog park and nature walk with a lookout tower to the gulf! Loved it!

Wonderful rental in Florida.

The rental property was perfect. It was clean and cozy with everything you needed. The owners were exceptional and more then willing to help. Our stay at the Atlantis house was wonderful. It was a perfect size home and a nice yard.

We were extremely pleased to have stayed at the Atlantis home while our permanent residence was being built. It is a cute home that was more than enough room for my wife and I, along with our two dogs. The owners had a cleaning lady stop by and did a great job stopping by every other week. The sun room turned out to be my wife’s favorite room to read or watch tv. There are two bathrooms and a cute kitchen for cooking. Overall, I would recommend this place for short or even longer stays like ours (5 months). It is a great value and functional for a holiday stay too. I work from home and the internet supplied was more than adequate for me to conduct my business.

Awesome house!

We recently stayed at this house for 3 weeks, Highly recommend!! House is clean, updated and kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. The house lived large for a 2 bedroom, we had 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a dog and everyone had lots of space. The backyard was great with the privacy fence all around, our dog really enjoyed it. We enjoyed morning coffee and later grilling on the patio. Would highly recommend the house!! Thanks for the hospitality!

Nice inside. Location not great.

We booked on short notice- owner left a yummy pie fridge and a surpirse for the kiddo. Nice inside. Decorated in a cute Fl style. Inside was well equipped and has most of what a person will need but the yard was not really useable bc it is sandy and gets the home very dirty. We rented it bc it had a fenced yard for the dogs- but they got fleas despite flea treatments and shampoos- so it ended up more like a condo w minimal yard usage. Owner did send soneone to look at the yard but the dogs were still miserable. AC works well. Nice laundry, furniture and linens. Clean bathroom :) Not much to do nearby and not a convenient location. Nothing walkable nearby. Would have left 3.5 stars but that was not an option.

Beautiful Home and Very Accomodating

The home has been completely remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. We have two very large dogs, one of which has severe separation anxiety. The owner accommodated us and allowed us to bring them along, and it is great that the house had a fenced in yard for the dogs. The house is very close to the Anclote River park which our children enjoyed a great deal. We will definitely check in on this property the next time we plan a visit to the Tarpon Springs area.
