* Starter pack of: 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided- enough to get you started

Notes on Pets and Parking:

* Parking for 1 vehicle
* 1 dog is allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dog at the time of booking. Dog must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage caused by the dog will be charged to the guest. Dog must not be left unattended inside the rental property.
* $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee per reservation- you must add the pet to your reservation
