"The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable but the mattresses were on a platform, not a frame, so the mattresses would slide back when you sat on them. The staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fact that they were pet friendly and deposit was very reasonable. This is a two-story building with no elevator. I would stay here again although I would request a first-floor room next time."

"We had the best time at Eric‘s cabin in the Pinetop country club. They truly have thought of everything to make your trip comfortable and cozy and convenient. There’s so many seating areas and the rooms are spacious and lovely without being fancy and frilly.Oh my eight-year-old granddaughter claimed this is better than Christmas. They had so much room to play and explore.And Eric was the most accommodating host. He just been over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and invested in the success of our vacation together. We made so many happy memories and we just consider ourselves blessed to have found this home."
