Firstly, you need to advise guests of the 5 to 6 inch high threshold going from the room into the bathroom. It is a serious tripping hazard. I'd be surprised you haven't been sued. If I hadn't caught myself, I would have seen a lawyer right away. Otherwise, the location is good and the bed was comfortable. I didn't have my bed made after my first night. I was only there for two nights, I think that is a basic service to expect in a HK hotel. The pandemic is over and your excuses to avoid servicing rooms should be as well.
