Not bad for the price. Walking distance to a ferry station, harbor, shopping mall, restaurants, exhibition center, transportation, MTR and bus station. Many shops nearby. Breakfast buffet is good with many choices. No swimming pool, though.

This hotel is in a great quite location across from Victoria Harbour, but not far to the hustled bustle of Hong Kong. We had the Harbour view from the 21st floor, totally amazing, breakfast was very good along with good staff and customer service,

The room was clan and did not smell of smoke. The staff were friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is fantastic if you are attending the HK Expo, no heavy traffic or pushing on public transport in the morning or evening. just an easy walk either way.

The hotel has its age but is well maintained. The housekeepers were excellent. They were very polite. The room had unrestricted view of the harbour and privacy. The locale is excellent. The street is not busy. The rate was more than reasonable for the quality of the stay. Will be my first choice for future stays.
