Hot Springs Creek House â Hot Tub & Space for Everyone
The Creek House is a family favorite and a great place to gather and enjoy the area and each other in Hot Springs, NC. The house is also a comfortable retreat for a couple or group of friends who are looking to get away and experience the beauty of Western North Carolina/East Tennessee.
The house sleeps up to 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a bonus room with a set of twin beds off of the upstairs "master." Please note, there is not a door between the upstairs bedroom and the bonus room.
Full kitchen, living room, dining table for 8 guests, large covered back deck over the creek, outdoor hot tub, and direct access to one of the best swimming holes and fishing spots on Spring Creek.
The master bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The upstairs bathroom includes a whirlpool garden tub.
There is a bedroom with 2 twin beds that is adjacent to the upstairs king bed. Guest must pass through the loft bedroom to get to the twin bedroom. They are separated by a curtain. This considered a bonus room. Good for families and friends who can share space.
The main level features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds. The bathroom downstairs includes a shower only along with a laundry area that is available to guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and adorable with a dining table to prepare and cook delicious meals. There is also a grill for guest use. You may even be lucky enough to grill a freshly caught trout.
The living room is cozy and has a gas fireplace to enjoy during the cooler months. The house TV is located in the living room.
The large back deck is covered and the best place in the house during Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may see water birds, beavers, and otters. Relax to the sound of the creek that is located just beyond the deck. A 4-person hot tub is located on the deck.
Hot Springs is a great destination in all seasons! The weather is mild, and roads are tended in the wintertime. We love to hike the Lover's Leap trail on cool, sunny days when things are a bit quieter around here. Hot Springs is central to some great hiking and exploring in the WNC and East Tennessee area. And a trip to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville can be a truly wonderful experience anytime of the year.
Summer is a wonderful season to enjoy many things to do outside, including rafting and tubing, horseback riding, and venturing up to Max Patch Bald.
Spring sees beautiful mountain wildflowers and hikers traveling through on the Appalachian Trail.
Fall never disappoints with endless potentials to see the trees changing at different elevations and finishing your day with a fire and soak in the natural hot springs or a beer at Big Pillow Brewing.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the home and area, and we hope you will consider the Creek House for your vacation!
Managed by local rental host, Hot Springs Getaway *Over the years, weâve seen guests need to cancel for all kinds of understandable reasons. Because life can be unpredictable, we recommend considering the Travel Insurance offered by each booking platform. Weâre not trying to add an extra expense â weâve personally felt the disappointment of having to cancel a trip and not receiving a refund due to a policyâs terms. As a small business, we do need to follow the stated cancellation policy for each reservation
We've stayed at this vacation home several times and it's always excellent. Karen and staff are always so quick to respond! The beds are sooo comfy, kitchen and baths are well stocked and there is nothing better than the covered deck. We love this home and plan on more visits in the future.
A great getaway for rest and relaxation. The Creek House is beautiful! Mornings were a little chilly so turning on the fireplace was perfect to sit around and sip some coffee. Kitchen has everything you need for any meals. And the back porch and patio was perfect to sit out on and just listen to the creek or get into the hot tub to relax all the muscles and enjoy. We will definitely keep this in our rotation of places to visit.
The Creek House is a special place to us. Nothing beats a cup of coffee and communing with the birds on the comfortable, spacious deck over Spring Creek in the morning, and staring up at the stars from the hot tub on cool evenings. The house is lovely, clean and well appointed. Great kitchen, everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, soft mattresses. We sleep like babies. Walkable to everything in town.
Wonderful stay at this peaceful quiet retreat! Glad to visit again since the hurricane, love these resilient happy people. House was clean, well stocked kitchen (everything to cook spaghetti!), easy check in and out, very soft comfortable beds. Coffee machine was new, part Keurig and part regular drip coffee - so nice to have the choice. Walked daily to downtown. Hot tub and creek proximity made it very special. Sweet family memories made learning to fly fish through 3 generations
