The property was nice. It is in a very old building and that shows but it did not take away from the experience of the stay. The apartment that we stayed in was just like the pictures. if you are planning to use the kitchen know that it is a shared kitchen and there is no A/C in the kitchen area. It was VERY warm and not a place that I would like to be cooking. Over all I was happy with the apartment and our stay. I would absolutely come back to stay.

Stay here!

I was blown away at how wonderful this spot is and the vibe of the unit itself is so cozy. The double headed showers are nice and having common area for cooking and laundry was a huge bonus to us. The town of hot spring is quite walkable so this unit is perfect for exploring the town me and my partner did not have the best look with food here so again the kitchen was appreciated. All in all I will only stay here from now on it’s truly a wonderful unit and close to everything you could want to see.

Quaint location

The location in the heart of town was easy to locate. The room and building had a lot of character. The bed was comfortable and our children each made due with the pullout couch and chair. Lack of doors prevented privacy, bathroom being the only door in the room itself. The shower was very nice. The communal kitchen was utilized and could tell previous people that stayed don't have the same cleaning priority as our family. Not the fault of the owners.

This property is awesome! The design elements and character of the building and unit is beautiful. The town of Hot Springs is adorable and the people were so kind. Would highly recommend!!

Never again

I feel you need to find out for yourself. Instructions are muddy unless changed before review. Not handicap accesible toilet, which I asked. I knew there were steps so you know that going in. Had knee replacement 2 months ago so could handle 26 steep stairs. Nice luggage cart saved me. Room has dust issues. Host is not very friendly imo
