Roach motel if there has ever been one - we found an actual cockroach in our room! I can't begin to list all the problems here. I knew it was trouble when I asked if there was a restroom in the lobby, they told me I could use the employees restroom, and even the employees had no toilet paper...

This place is a dump. They CONTINUE TO FRAUDULENTLY LIE TO THIS VERY DAY, STATING "FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST" then blame "tough luck, no breakfast" on the covid-19 virus. The virus is no excuse for you to fraudulently continue to lie, as this was the only reason I and other guests booked the hotel room in the first place. Trash everywhere - in common areas such as the lobby, in the pool area, and the stairwells. No landscaping maintenance, dirty windows, rusty bathtub, lamps that don't work, broken outlets, no spare toilet paper, no tissues in room, no coffee maker, no phone in room, no cups, no ice bucket, broken ice maker, shall I go on?

The elevator was broke. The hallways stunk. And the AC never went under 78. It was hot all night long.

We had to deal with very noisy hotel guests above our room. It was as if they were doing construction above us. very loud sounds of running, jumping, bumping. Reported it to the office 3 times and it continue. my husband had to go down to the office to report. she came to our room and could hear it also. Went up to speak to the guests, but it continue.
