Gather in the Grand Salon with panoramic lake views, share meals as a family, and unwind by the private pool and hot tub. The estate also features a spacious waterfront deck, fire pit, Sonos sound system, and a private pier for fishing, swimming, and enjoying Clear Lake sunsets.

From family reunions and graduation celebrations to golf trips and milestone birthdays, Pelican Bay provides a setting where everyone can stay together and create lasting memories — and if you happen to be in town for the FIFA World Cup 2026, you're just 35 minutes from the stadium.
