Spanish Ranch on the Arkansas River- enjoy the rushing river from the Hot tub!

'Casa Bella del Rio' as we have named this River house has been a renovated into a Spanish style hacienda with a living room, dining room, kitchen and 4 good size bedrooms with 3 full baths. All the floors have been updated with tile and hardwood. The furnishings are all new and are Spanish style as well. There are mountain views from every direction. The house sits on 2 acres, right on the river. There is river access for kayaking and fishing. We have recently built a lower deck with stairs up to the house. A really great spot to relax or just sit with your fishing gear.

The deck is a great place to enjoy the views, eat lunch or sit in the hot tub and just relax!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The place was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Hot tub was great! A couple of notes for the host, the front door lock was really difficult to open and the wifi does not reliably reach the whole house so the living room smart TV did not really work. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable home with a family area with enough room for the entire family to hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked at the house. My high school son went for a several mile run each morning and felt safe in the area.

Magic on the Arkansas

Superb location to access the fun of rafting, the sweet fishing holes of the property, the beauty of the area, and the towns of Salida and Cañon. The best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and a super accommodating host who was an excellent communicator. Great little restaurant, Dusty Rose, and cafe nearby was a nice perk! This property was perfect for our Christmas trip. It was like we where staying in a hallmark movie! The kitchen was well stocked for anything you needed to cook with. Very impressed.
