Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. It's on a busy road but our room was quiet. It's also convenient for the M62 and Halifax. The cooked breakfast was nice and there is a lovely Italian restaurant next door. The bar area was pleasant place for drinks and a chat with friends.

We had a lovely Executive Room at the front of the hotel, but because it was in a corridor next to a Fire Door, there was constant noise at night whenever anyone entered the corridor. The hotel is situated on a busy main road, so opening the window in warm weather let in a lot of traffic noise.

Great hotel to stay at while visiting for a concert at Piece Hall. Great value for money. Delicious food at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Will definitely return to both in the future.
