Almost all the staff were helpful and professional, especially the doormen who cannot do enough for you. Unfortunately, we ate at the restaurant one night - the waiting staff were exceptionally rude (especially the main waiter) and made the meal unpleasant.

Excellent location from which to visit Hue. Walking distance from the Citadel. Beautiful historical venue (one of the oldest hotels in Vietnam). While the hotel could benefit from a few upgrades (the room style is a bit dated for example), it was an absolute pleasure staying there. We enjoyed our spacious room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the river.

What a beautiful hotel with its historic building ,you felt like you had stepped back in time , lovely to open the window and look over the pool and city . Breakfast in the garden we a lovely experience with a good selection . Position great for walking around the city and over the bridge . Staff immaculate and very helpful.
